I came here to buy some cologne for Father’s Day. When I got to the fragrance department I first went by the Maison Francis section and some tall fair skin lady with blonde hair approached me and asked if I needed help. She sprayed a scent & I told her I didn’t like it. She then rolled her eyes and had me follow her to some other brand on the opposite side, sprayed something, handed it to me and started to talk with the other worker there. Didn’t even ask me how I liked it. Ignored me when I was trying to get her attention to let her know I didn’t like it. She would keep turning her head away from me. After 2 minutes of this horrible treatment I walked away. But I was lucky enough to run into these two wonderful women in the Tom Ford section who helped me find the perfect cologne.

Worst experience ever. Went inside to purchase a Maison Francis perfume, the sales person told my husband the price for the small one, $300 but if he takes the bigger size its $600. The next day, saw a charge for $900. Contacted the department, and their excuse was that the person was new, and they apologized , and asked us to return the perfume if we wanted. The sales person sold me something for one price but actually paid more.

I admit I'm hard to fit, but I didn't deserve the attitude I received in the Men's suits department in Paramus today. The condescending attitude of your "fitter" when I asked for a 44 Short will keep me from ever stepping foot in your store again. You just lost a customer.

Neiman Marcus is great. It's even better when I'm looked over by the sales people and that one sales person that is not in the (judging service)say can I help you. In the end when I make my purchases and I get the side eye like she actually bought something... and worse when they hear I have an account!! It's amazing to see their faces thinking we judged her thinking she was going to wait our time. She can't afford it here.

Bought an expansiva gift, they did not give me a gift receipt even though I asked for it online, and was told since I picked it up I store and it wasn't provided it was too late, what kind of nonsense is that? I paid for gift wrapping only to notice when I got out of the store that they did not wrap it, when I questioned them they said that they didn't have packaging for shoe boxes, so why would you charge me? Better yet why not notify me? Unethical and total disconnect. I expect better.

Don’t go to this store location. They rarely have what half of what is even seen online and they’re associates are rude and cold.
Ordered a pair of shoes in store with sales associate Barrie Sanu. My shoes were ordered Wednesday, 2/23 for overnight delivery. I was told they would arrive Friday, 2/25. On 2/25 i arrived at the store around the time I was told the shoes should be arriving. At this point I had not received a tracking or anything. Long story short I’ve spoken to 3 different NM customer service agent & I am still awaiting a refund. Which I have been told will take 24-48 hours for the request to go through, as well as another 5-7 business days for the refund. Mind you I used my NM CC.

I had given a good review before but today we went to pick up a pair of chanel spadrille that the associate order he was not there when we walk in the shoe dept this 3 associate gave us such a look that made my husband feel very uncomfortable because he is chinese they were just standing there and will not even look at us.
Shame that people are so stupid they should not be working with the public.
