WOW! First of all this place is gorgeous, the scenery and backdrop almost look fake. You can sit in the pool and enjoy the Camel Back Mountain views or enjoy your private patio and watch the hummingbirds go by. The grounds are well maintained and the plants and gardens are breathtaking. Both pools are fabulous as well. I really enjoyed that they have an adult only pool for the times you just want to relax. The Kasbah pool is huge with a great water feature and a huge hot tub on the upper deck. The Joya spa is absolutely stunning! From the minute you walk in, you know you are going to be treating yourself. Overall this is an amazing place, but the staff makes the difference. Haleigh and Tori are outstanding pool side staff, they are completely on top of taking care of their guests. You can NOT skip a Tapas tasting at the Prado with Chef Luis, bravo!!! He did an amazing job, the menu was a flavor bomb!! LaVina made sure to treat us well during our tasting and even took the time to make drink suggestions to go with a few of the Tapas. We had such an amazing time, the only disappointing part was having to leave!

My daughter and I are here from July 8, 2018 for a few days. It is the off season so we are being spoiled by all the friendly staff , few people at the pool and restaurant and we are really happy with our choice to stay here so far! The scenery is breathtaking and the groundskeepers do an outstanding job in a desert environment. The front desk staff, valet service , coffee shop , bartenders and restaurant staff are attentive and so friendly. Excellent gluten free muffins in coffee shop and gluten free options in Prado. We loved gluten free Seafood Paella! I'm hoping we can try the spa tomorrow.

The restaurant is very beautiful with private booths and dining tables. It is decorated with beautiful paintings. The staffs were very friendly with kind hospitality. I went there for the restaurant week. Some dishes were hit and miss. The dish that I like the most was Valencia paella (not on the restaurant week menu). Striped bass base was seasoned very deliciously. However, the striped bass (both in the main dish and the paella has unpleasant smell. Gazpacho was a clear soup. I believe the chef wanted to make it refreshing to complement with cucumber and watermelon. It was interesting, but not my preference. The calamari battered fell off from the calamari and a bit oily, which was not my preference. I also preferred it to come with lemon as well because the sauce was very creamy.

Adam, is one of the best bartender/waiters I've ever met. If there was an award for excellent service and movie knowledge Adam should win the award. One of the best experiences I've had in a long time and I travel all over the world.

A stunning location! The Montelucia is architecturally beautiful with Camelback Mountain as a backdrop. Prado is so tastefully decorated and designed. A romantic spot for sure. It was very quiet which I assume is due to it being off season. The food at Prado is terrific. We were a table of 4 and started with your typical Cheese Plate, kindve tasteless Patatas Bravas which consisted of potato rounds and chorizo, and the delicious Croquettes De Jamon y Pollo. We also had delicious spicy brussel sprouts and meatball tapas. 2 of us had large plates, one Short Ribs which were perfectly satisfying. The Paella Valencia was loaded with chicken, clams, prawns, chorizo and veggies. Our Tartar De Santiago almond cake was delish and shared by all. Ric, our waiter, was terrific. He brought 3 wine tastings to choose from of which we had 2 bottles of Cab. All in all, my company was terrific and the restaurant was great however, very expensive. I'm at the point in my life that I don't need to spend $500 for a meal. My preference these days are the local, plentiful cultural joints. But if you're looking for ambience, romance, a 5 star delish meal with great service, Prado is it.

My wife and I stayed at Omni for a few days and we literally came here 5 or 6 times. The breakfast is so perfect, each morning we would come in for some fresh fruit and mimosas. It really was the perfect place to set the stage for a great day. We tried a few things when we were here: the berries, the fresh fruit, 2 egg plate and the burrito. All of which were amazing and left us really full. We always left this place with a smile, because the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Definitely make sure to stop by here for breakfast if you stay at Omni! I guarantee you’ll be back.

Food was very good. Service was also very good, in a comfortable ambiance. Paella appears deceptively small, but it was certainly enough to satisfy two hungry travelers. Given the pandemic situation, the menu has been trimmed. Overall a satisfying experience.

Firstly, this place smells amazing. As soon as you walk in you can smell the wood smoke. We both got the wood-fired prime filet and it was easily the best steak I've had in my life. Very tender and smoky, and the shallot reduction was so tasty. There was a sweet and salty bread to start with that was also good. I would definitely eat here again.

Great service and food in a beautiful resort setting. While it is a ROMANTIC PLACE, it is also a wonderful restaurant for a family meal for special occasions. Recommend live music (check their schedule)and/or cocktails /apps at the bar area for date night or out with friends. Incredible cocktails to try!! Food is consistently delicious in restaurant and bar. We have had brunch and dinner here several times. Take your time to eat (not a place for a quick bite) and then take a stroll at this Paradise Valley gem ❤️

Prado at Montelucia, is a delightful Spanish restaurant in a romantic and whimsical setting. For restaurant week they offered a $44 prix-fixe menu, and our party added on two additional appetizers of Bacon Wrapped Dates and Crispy Calamari. While not overly inventive, the dates were delicious with savory bacon, crunchy almond, and tangy blue cheese. The calamari was adorned with pickled jalapeno and a basil pesto on the side. They were crispy and good, but not entirely memorable. The first course I chose was Seafood Paella Bites: crispy rice balls with langostino, chorizo, shrimp, and peas, with a sweet piquillo pepper coulis. The paella bites were nicely crisp on the outside and appropriately moist and flavorful on the inside. The pepper coulis added another flavorful dimension to this inventive starter. The main course I chose was Seared Diver Scallops with lemon saffron risotto, langostino, asparagus roasted piquillo coulis, and roasted brussel sprouts. The scallops were expertly presented with a nice caramelized color, perfect texture, and temperature. The accompanying risotto and vegetables were complimentary, tasty, and well prepared. It was a fulfilling and delicious entree. For dessert I chose the Prado Bread Pudding which is drizzled with caramel, covered in creme anglaise, sprinkled with pistachio, and served with a side of vanilla custard. It was divine! Despite being full, I scraped up every last bit of this balanced and not overly sweet dessert. I found the service at Prado to be efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. It was a fantastic evening in a beautiful setting that I look forward to returning to sometime soon.
