Mcdonald's

I went to McDonald's today to pick up lunch for the family. The facility was extremely busy inside the restaurant and through the drive-thru so I chose to do a quick online order and do curbside pickup. The food was fantastic everything was fresh and made to order as we specified. The team member that assisted me was very kind and patient. Overall everything was great. The only reason for four stars and not five is that the app seems to be a little bit more difficult to order food and to get the at working properly. Other than that everything else was fantastic. Well I got to add to that the wait time was very minimal. I thought I was going to have to wait an extensive amount of time due to how busy the restaurant was. The staff definitely gets five stars for quick fast service

I am not sure what everyone else is complaining about since this is literally just a fast food place that is trying to function while being short staffed and while we are still in a pandemic. They are always so friendly, and I've never had any issues with my orders. I'm chill if those people complaining about next to nothing never coming back. Just means i won't have to wait for them to hold up the line cause they wanna make a big deal out of a 2$ hamburger.

I frequent this McDonald’s often for a morning iced coffee and always have such a good experience that I felt I should leave them a positive review. Granted, an iced coffee isn’t too hard to mess up, but I do have a couple of modifications that I request. What I like about this McDonald’s is that they are always fast and efficient in the mornings, but most importantly, all of their drive thru employees are friendly. A smile in the morning before I’ve had my coffee to get me going really does go a long way!

Every time we go here they mess up our order. I get my kids the same meals to avoid meltdowns say dinner and without fail we come home and one of them is wrong. I guess I should've checked their meals. Instead of a 6 piece nugget they gave us a plain burger. And we asked for apple slices and didn't get them. Calling and complaining won't even make a difference, they don't care that they messed it up. We'll find a different location.
