It wasn't very busy for some reason, but the food was pretty good. We gave fried oysters a try, but none of it's really cared for them. It was a first for all of us. I think it was more of us just possibly not liking oysters. Everything else was pretty good, especially the soup. We'd go back again.

Good food and friendly service. The cooked foods came out quickly, but the sushi took quite a while, so - 1*. The sushi though was pretty good. Overall, not bad and would recommend.

This has become my favorite sushi place! Food is amazing, pricing is reasonable, owner is super nice. I found them on Skip the Dishes last year but usually just dine in now. Highly recommend the fried cheese wontons!

So we got there late at night, close to their closing time. There was just the chef and one young man waiting the tables. Only one other customer. Not initially impressed. Ordered some sushi, a scallop entre, and some calamari. Ordered two dirty martinis from the bar. The poor kid did not know how to make martinis but his first attempt wasn't bad just a little odd. Some tips from us and his second round was delicious! Meanwhile we waited, and waited.and waited. My wife was getting nuclear hangry when finally the plainest salad I have ever seen showed up. We just about bolted but we were starving. I am so glad we didn't. Turns out that the dressing on that plain little salad was extremely delicious. I have never had anything like it and really enjoyed. Then the calamari. Also excellent! Crispy exterior, perfectly cooked on inside. Then came the sushi and the scallops. The scallops had one of the best brown sauces I have ever eaten, (out of probably thousands), and the scallops also cooked pefectly. The sushi was not only a fabulous burst of flavor with each bite, but was also served in one of the most beautiful presentations I have ever seen. All in all the meal was excellent. This place is truly a little diamond in the rough. Be willing to overlook some of the snags ( some of the decors was yikes, other parts nice for example) and youst pallet will be forever grateful. Enjoy!

Good food. Slightly expensive in my opinion, but very delicious options. So many options too!

Absolutely worth it! The food is fresh and full of flavor. Many new items on the menu that I have never seen at any other sushi spot. The food makes this no average sushi bar. I definitely have made this my new home away from home. oh - the Tokyo Iced Tea! silent but deadly - just the way I like it. love, love, love this new restaurant. I will drive from Bellevue any day for their food.

We have always enjoyed our visits to RED Sushi Hibachi. We like the chicken teriyaki appetizer. My wife loves the squid salad and I love the tempura. The sushi roles we have tried have all been good. The hibachi dinners are great with lots of veggies. The place is very clean. They have a drive up window so it’s a great opportunity to order on your way home and pick it up.

The food was amazing. Friendly staff. Only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars was it was soo slow. Took 45 min to get my plate (only one other customer in the restaurant) Then they took another 20 min to deliver my friends food which by then I was done with my food. They should give us our food at the same time. But other than that the food is amazing and I highly recommend.
