Tonight I enjoyed some chicken noodle soup with a green tea. Everything was fresh and hearty. The staff was kind and worked fast. The facility is new and clean. They now have a drive through which is perfect for the quick grab and go.
We stopped by to eat after playing outdoor. The food was delicious - the French bread was crusty and soft; the salad was crisp and crunchy, the soup was piping hot and flavorful. Update: as we were getting ready to leave, we were offered free cookies - what a nice gesture!
I joined the Unlimited Sips club, and this is my home Panera. I love the new location, definitely more bright and clean than the last. And even though it's a smaller bay, it being more open makes it feel less crowded than the old location if that makes sense.

I much prefer the layout of the Previous building Panera was in. There were nooks that felt private, giving a great place to get coffee and lunch and study. Now, it’s a wide open space in the new building. No privacy at all.
When I visit a relative I always walk to Panera. Maybe 90% of the time I don’t receive a drink cup with my order when I place a order on the app and pick it up at the rapid pick up shelf. I have to ask for one. I went to the Restaurant once and ordered at the cash register and I asked for no sauce
