Yes they are open after the storm. This place was delicious. We are from South Texas and we know good Mexican food and this place passes our test. We had the milanesa, fajita tacos and chicken quesadillas... terrific. The salsa is also very tasty. Very nice staff too, we will be back for sure.

Chula's, absolutely the best authentic Mexican meal selections! Delicious large servings at a completely affordable price! Bottomless basket of fresh tortilla chips and salsa (try the white cheese dip). Call ahead for business hours...

The food is excellent, and the staff is always friendly. They really make you feel like family. Also, there is sometimes live music, and his guitar skills are wonderful. My husband gets the burrito Grande, and it is very filling.

Excellent taste, great variety. Consistently excellent customer service. Busy during lunch, but service is fast. Menu options you won't find at most Mexican restaurants. Best fried ice cream around.

We ate here a month ago for the second time and were again delighted. The service is quick and hospitable. The food tastes home made and you cannot beat the value.

Good Americanized Mexican food. The service can be a little slow at times but it's a Panama City staple that has been around for a number of years. Definitely worth a trip!

Most authentic Hispanic food in town. Absolutely the best fish tacos, and about the only place to get yucca and tostones! Not to mention the staff is pleasant and attentive

Our favorite restaurant in all of Panama City. The food is always fresh, not heavy or greasy like most other Mexican restaurants here. I highly recommend the shredded beef chimi!

Really Puerto Rican and Costa Rican, and they've recently cut back to lunches only---a tragedy that I hope will be temporary. Primo guacamole and flan bracket diverse, authentic entrees. Rita is an artist with pork---my fave---but her fish and beef dishes are almost equally tasty. The specials are all marvelous, the only problem is what to do with all of it; our solution was to order one special and something light a la carte, and even then we usually walked away from a plate that wasn't empty. Alcohol is available---try the Sangria.
