Wayback Burgers

First time at Wayback Burgers. Ordering was easy. The cashier was really helpful explaining options. I just had a classic burger and tots. My lunch was brought to my table. A nice touch. Tots were as expected. Crunchy outside with a softer inside. The burger was really tasty I thought. The only downside was the bun. The bun was really soft and didn't hold together. Maybe if it was toasted it would have been better. Not a total deal breaker though. I'll be back to try more menu items soon.

Customer service was great. They have very new age signature shakes. Got the double bacon burger with the fried cheese and a double classic with the fried Mac n cheese bites. The burgers were pretty good but the Patties themselves didn’t really have flavor but the overall burger with the add-ones was pretty good. The fried cheese was great and the fried Mac n cheese was good but not the best to be had. Overall I would definitely say make this a stop in your beach plans . I would choose here over five guys.

We ended up getting dinner here to go on 8/6/23 and the food here were so delicious. The milkshakes were beyond good. And the food is cooked(not warmed but actually cooked)when you once you placed your order. We even ended up back here to the next day for lunch and dined in. The staff were patient and friendly. We found our new burger spot when we’re here in Panama City.

2023-July. We arrived here around 1 pm on a Monday. There were lots of parking spaces at the front. We ordered at the counter. They call your name when your food is ready and you pick it up at the end of the counter. Their shakes and chicken strips were ok. The burgers were good. The staff are way too serious... didn't smile from order to pick-up. Bon Appétit 😋

Wayback burgers was exceptional! I'm not sure what type of bread is used for the buns but it is AMAZING! The menu is simple yet scrumptious at the same time. I wanted to try the hibiscus tea but unfortunately they were out. They were also out of shakes and pies on the day I went. The service could have been a little more hospitable but they weren't rude. The food was brought to us and in a timely manner, hot and made just the way it was ordered. The only negative I have to add is that the floor was incredibly slippery. It wasn't just in selected areas, the whole floor was as slippery as one would expect a kitchen to be. The bathroom was clean and stocked with the air conditioning blowing! I will visit Wayback Burgers again and I hope this next time I will be able to try a shake.
