The absolute best seafood we had while at the beach. Not only did it taste wonderful, but you get so much food for the price you pay. Our waitress and the staff was very friendly and always kept checking on us. This restaurant is a must if you’re in PCB. We will definitely be back!
What a great experience!! My husband and I had the hang bang shrimp as an appetizer and I had the lunch special, salmon cakes, with the collard greens and red beans and rice, and he had the chicken and sausage gumbo and we shared the banana pudding. Everything was INCREDIBLE. Such a good mixture of Cajun and southern. Service was great and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good experience in PCB.
I came in from Indianapolis looking for some good seafood in Panama City and this place did not let me down. The people were very friendly and the food was excellent. Definitely a must to visit this place if you are in the area.
I only gave it 5 stars because Facebook doesn’t have an option for 10 stars! Dee’s has always been one of our favorites, but tonight was our best visit ever! I always say customer service is a lost art, but I found it tonight! Our server, Trey, went out of his way to make sure I got to try the Cajun shrimp and sausage Alfredo pasta (which was out of this world) and kept up with our multiple sauce requests with a smile! Hands down the best service we’ve had in a very long time!

The food was awesome, and the portions for your money, minus the salads, they weren’t worth the price. The waiter was awesome! Definitely recommending it!!
Some of the best food I had all week. I normally only like catfish on the bone but the filets were so fresh. Cheese grits, hush puppies. I could go on but you really need to try it and for yourself!
I absolutely loved my meal, my husband loved his and half of mine, we will definitely return here. Never get food this good except when we visit New Orleans, which says a lot considering we eat our way through that city. We had highly recommend eating here.
Delicious food, great atmosphere, and awesome staff! We go here at least 2 or 3 times while we’re in town. It’s our favorite place!!

We’ve been vacationing here for 15 years and have never tried Dees until now. I hate that we waited so long to try it. The food and service was wonderful. This is our new FAVORITE place to eat when we visit!
We went there 3 times last week on vacation because we love it so much! AND they will fry their fish or chicken or pickles with gluten free flour. That’s hard to find! They are so nice there too! And great food!
We stopped here about 7:00 pm and there was a 40 minute wait. We asked if we could order at the bar. The hostess said we could. It worked out perfectly! We ordered our food and it was served quickly! The food was good. My husband wanted to try the chicken gumbo and it was very good. I would recommend the blackened grouper and banana pudding! My husband also enjoyed his Philly cheese steak sandwich!
Food was great, fried grouper was awesome. Server was definitely a little bit lost, like he was new, but he was trying and over all did a good job, the hostess was not very inviting, when I walked in I honestly did not know which way to go, there is a small gift shop, and I think a bar in one direction and the lady at the front desk just sort of ignored the fact that i was clearly confused. All those petty issues aside I would go back again, very good food and fair prices, the flounder was 19 and the grouper 29, I do think that the platters should really come with two sides, they can make them smaller if they would like but I wanted fried and coleslaw and had to pay extra for the second side.
Amazing food, everything was perfect. Service was amazing, will be coming back this was my first time getting into southern food and what a great place to get get my toes wet

Good food. Easy walk from Edgewater. Thought the smoked tuna dip was just ok.
This is a great place for seafood and Cajun food. It is located in a strip mall, so you wouldn’t notice it driving down the strip. Excellent oysters at a great price.
The founder was perfectly prepared. I got the Cajun sampler. The red beans and rice was terrific and I loved the étouffée. It was all great, but those were my favorites. The prices are very reasonable. There were a bunch of locals, so it had as great vibe.
My daughter, grand daughter and I went here the last night we were in Panama City. The food was amazing. We ordered the shrimp Po Boy and fries. The best part was our waiter. His name is Isaiah. He was super nice, helpful and funny. He had a smile the whole entire time and made it to where we definitely would go back and we would recommend eating here as well. There needs to be more Isaiahs around.

I am gluten free thus I am limited right from the start of where I can eat but this place gave me lots of options! Granted, they were cross contaminated because they use the same fryer which I hope they can change so for those with allergies and not just sensitivities can also enjoy their food! The fried pickles were amazing and not too battery or salty! The appetizer with the two tuna dips and pimento cheese was amazing! Esp the jalapeño one! 😋 Our awesome waitress SHAINA knew I wanted gf and offered all corn chips instead of any crackers without me even having to ask! I don’t like fishy tuna and this was perfect! I forgot to ask if it was local but when I tasted it I knew it had to be! After confirming, we ordered the blackened Mahi sandwich with a gluten free bun and Cajun potatoes in place of chips. Again, fish was perfect and the potatoes so good no ketchup or condiments needed! All the gf items were so good my husband (who isn’t gluten free) was able to enjoy as well since we shared it all. Plenty left over for us to share with our kiddos when we got home. Glad we got stuck there waiting on traffic to calm down for our ride back to Destin! Which has lots of options but no place like Dees! I’ll definitely be sure to visit them again and be asking for Shaina! Great food and great service is hard to come by!
What an amazing experience! I ordered food for our office , Mason Title, called a little early but Rudy still took my order without question. Everything was amazing.
My burger was not overcooked, the fries were hot, salmon cakes are on point and the gumbo as that new Orleans flavor. Thank you so much Rudy and the cooks for making our office experience a great one .
We will be back.
I'm not even kidding but the hush puppies are the best I have EVER had! Prices were super reasonable and they even offer a cash discount. Oysters were super delish and juicy just incredibly sandy, but totally understand that's not at the restaurants discretion. Food was hot and super fast (it's off season too which helps) and all the staff were helpful and friendly. Also appreciate that the bathroom was clean!

Steven was our server. He had such a good personality! The food was delicious! Fried cheese grits were amazing - definitely give them a try! Our only regret was we were so full, we did not save room for homemade banana pudding!
The food is amazing. Rudy makes the best drinks. I had a Long Island and my husband had a Top shelf margarita. 1/2 is ENOUGH! We came back for seconds and a third!
This was our first time eating here and we'll definitely be back. The variety of food is great and it was hard to decide what to get. I ended up with the Etouffee and it was very good.
Dee's Hang Out is one of the best places to eat in PCB. The food was outstanding. We ate there twice while on vacation and it was well worth our money. Our server was named Steve and his service was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant.
I just ate here for the first time for lunch as I just moved from GA. Rudy was my introduction to Dee's and I couldn't have asked for a better person to represent the restaurant. I order the lunch Trio and it was the best fried seafood that I have had for the last 2.5 months. Hot fresh, clean and the tartare sauce was delicious.
I highly recommend and will be going back as a regular.

So my husband and I ate here Saturday night. First time customers but we will return. The wait time wasn't too bad since we waited at the bar. The food was phenomenal!! The portion size was more than what I expected. I had the shrimp and cheddar grits, my husband had the jambalaya with red beans and rice. Everything was so good and our waitress was so nice!!! Our next Summer vacation will be back here!!😋
