Angelo's Seafood Restaurant is a culinary gem with a view that feels utterly priceless. The combination of excellent service and a menu featuring fresh, delicious seafood creates a dining experience that truly stands out. The dedication to quality made my one-hour drive from Tallahassee entirely worthwhile, as every bite lived up to the restaurant's stellar reputation. From the moment you arrive to the last delectable taste, Angelo's Seafood Restaurant guarantees a memorable and satisfying journey for seafood enthusiasts.
My family of four sat outside and enjoyed the evening, the view and watched dolphins meandering in the bay. I normally do not like stuffed crab, however, their stuffed crab was great. Our server was wonderful and kept our drinks full. Susan, the bartender, made great drinks and was just THE BEST! The Panacea Painkiller is 👍 👍 I would definitely eat here again.
Very friendly and welcoming staff. Extensive menu featuring fresh fish dishes Tasty specials. Ample servings. Mixed drinks were good but not particularly strong; fairly priced.
While many waterfront restaurants charge a premium for the view but don't deliver on the food, Angelo's serves up excellence on both fronts.
Angelo’s has a big reputation for great seafood. It doesn’t disappoint.
The location on the water and decor throughout are both nice and well done. The furniture and tableware could be upgraded to be commensurate with the quality of the food.
The service was solidly good but not great.
The food was terrific. The Mahi was fresh, well prepared and presented. The flavor of the fish and the Greek toppings that I opted for was a real winner.
The Greek salad was better than average but it wasn’t nearly as spectacular as salads I routinely enjoyed in Greece earlier this summer.
Overall, this is a great seafood restaurant that will get my business whenever I am back in town.

We ate outside because the view was Amazing! It was a bit cold but it's fine. Our server Faya was great. The drinks were really nice. The appetizers was amazing, everyone of them that we ordered had some crab meat on it and we loved it! All.of the seafood tasted very fresh and was juicy. Come here after you leave the beach for the best seafood in Panacea, Florida!
Enjoyed dinner with my fam for her bday and the food/ drinks amazing 🤤 customer service experience was excellent!
We ate at Angelos last night while on vacation. We started off with the crab stuffed mushrooms which were to die for. Our waitress was sweet enough to provide us with recommendations. Shortly after we ordered our meals our waitress brought us the seafood gumbo with hush puppies, on the house, for our first visit. Let me tell you, it was more than amazing and our favorite item. My husbands broiled scamp imperial was one of the most fresh tasting fish I've ever tried. Overall an amazing experience with great staff.
Great service and food every time. Has been good Everytime since I was a kid (40+ years).
This is a remarkable sea restaurant by the ocean with an astonishing view.. Though there is no urban lighting, so it is better to go before the sunset if you would like to sit outside and enjoy the view. It becomes dark and breezy after sunset.
Food is very delicious and comes with a lot of variety. The one in the pictures is whole charbroiled snapper with fries and cheese grits as sides.
Staff is exceptionally friendly! Feels like a family reunion haha.
Would recommend 10/10!
The food was great I had my favorite Grouper n shrimp with hush puppies, my fiancé had the crab Au Gratin she loved it as well mother in as well . For appetizers I got the pop corn shrimp was great too. Staff was great very polite really really nice environment to have dinner on the water 💯❤️
It was expensive but worth it. Good size portions. Our server "Rachel" was very good, and she kept our glasses filled.
Loved it here. Nice view and pleasant servers. The food was fantastic extremely fresh. Highly recommended the oysters some of the freshest I've seen in a while they get them right there out of Apalachicola. The seafood gumbo was also surprisingly very very good. Try em out.
Extra 10 stars for beyond delicious extra large sea scallops wrapped in bacon. Moist, tender, tons of flavor. Fantastic view of the setting sun on the romantic patio overlooking the water. Need I say more! Don't pass this place up. Pretty interior, pleasant wait staff and beautiful jewelry. I'm definitely going back for more scallops and dessert this time.
This restaurant on the bay was packed so we sat outside, on the deck, overlooking the water. It was hot and windy, and there’s a lot of traffic going up and down the bridge.
The server was sweet. She stated that she was new and brought crackers and butter in a small dish. I was little disappointed that it was wrapped crackers, not bread. We started with the mushrooms. There are only 3, but the dish does come with both white and red sauce as well as 3 slices of bread. It was delicious. After that, we ordered a ribeye, cheese grits, and green beans. It was all good.
We finished our dinner with a slice of coconut cream pie and cheesecake. The coconut pie was bland.
The bathrooms are super clean and there’s a gift shop on the way out. It is also a short drive to the gulf. I would recommend.
Nice ambience here. Restaurant sits over the bay, so you can sit outside under their covered deck and enjoy a nice sunset dinner. Food was good, the calamari was horrible. When you spend $16 for it as an appetizer, you would expect it to be tender, these were literally like chewing a thick rubber band. I love calamari, and most places I eat it, including Red Lobster it's very tender and flavorful. All 4 of us tried it, the other 3 wouldn't eat it. The one guy literally spit his out and threw it in the water. So I DON'T recommend it. Maybe it was a bad day, but it was a disappointment. Our daughter in-law took us here during our vacation to Florida. The other food was really good. I had the fried shrimp and oysters..delicious! My husband had the olive oil and garlic with angel hair pasta (they used linguine noodles though), my husband and daughter in-law liked it. Tea was SUPER weak, it was like drinking colored water...seriously.
Our server, Glenda, is the Saving Grace for not getting three stars in this review. She was friendly, knowledgeable of the menu, and offered some great suggestions for the surrounding area. She was a delight and a joy! The food was good but I wouldn't say it was great. I ordered the deviled crab stuffed grouper and could barely find the grouper. When I separated the crab meat from the grouper fillet I found it to be barely a quarter of an inch thick. This is the first time I've had grouper in Florida that was more the thickness of a flounder. But it tasted okay. Thank you Glenda for a wonderful experience. Will be back if for no other reason just to see you. Tell your boss we said you deserve a day off with pay!

Our server Faya was awesome. The food came out hot and delicious. Just wish the crab meat topping was lump instead of claw meat. It was good but would have been better. The gumbo was great, too. Our drinks 🍸 were top notch 👌
Beautiful restaurant, good food and wonderful service, very friendly, thank you, blessings
Very Nice Decor and Ambiance. 25 to 35 bucks per person but food reflects the price. It is all fresh and prepared professionally. Indoor or Outdoor seating with a bar and gift shop. Views are wonderful. This is a special night or event kind of place. Staff were very professional and my wife was very happy having lunch here.
