We waited in line for around a half hour. The lady behind the counter didn't know what she was doing. Then when we finally came up to the counter to order they said they aren't taking anymore orders because their refrigerators are shuting down. Worst experience I've ever had at a Wendys.

About the same as every other fast food places...acnied teens that don't want to be there along side 60 yr old women who couldn't find a job anywhere else so they resigned to spend the remainder of their working lives there, bossing around the teens to give them so sense of purpose

Place is horrible! The people working constantly get your order wrong or don’t give you the exact same thing you order. Just went today and the cashier kept cutting me off when I was trying to place my order.

Everything online said they were open. 7:20 am and still closed when I got there. Is it so hard to keep business hours updated to not mislead customers? Edit: Found out they open at 10:30 but have drive through open at 6:30. Would be nice to know this online first

Terrible experience!! It took 17 minutes to get a simple breakfast then they forgot one of our orders of potatoes. Hardly any gravy on the biscuits and gravy and huge pieces of sausage just thrown on top, we will not stop here again.

My chicken had the texture of it sitting under a heat lamp for a while but it tasted ok. The burgers are huge and I was delighted.

Good service. They was short staffed. But the one's that was there did a great job. I'm so glad they was there for my grandkids 🥰.
