Most impressive! I placed a massive order with a van full of people and they got the order CORRECT the first time. Well done staff at Wendy's, well done! My mind is still blown! Give them a raise!!!
Fry's were cold, frosty's were watery and not frozen at all. I would have been a lot happier if they would have just been honest and told me the machine was down. I could have used that money to go somewhere else and eat total waste at this location.
There was another couple before me who ordered and they got their food and the gentleman at the counter was kind enough that he brought their drinks out to them after they were seated at a table.
Very nice polite young man who not only takes his job serious but gives great customer service.
Extra long wait at the drivethru,prompted asking why it was taking so long. I was told that there was a big order ahead of us and if I " didn't like the wait,go down the road to Arby's ". Won't be back. Very,very rude.
Wonderful service and great food! Always a pleasure to go there! Nice employees too. Which is hard to find these days.
I went through the drive thru about 3:00. I must have gotten the lunch leftovers...french fries, chicken nuggets were all room temperature. And the soda was flat...don't think I'll be going back anytime soon!
Update: Fries were cold, frosty was melted, and the burger was incorrect. Aren't the fries supposed always to be hot? Isn't that the new motto? And why was the frosty melted? If the machine isn't working, then just tell your customers. Poor overall performance and it wasn't even busy.

I have visited this Wendy's close to a dozen time, and it is a hit or miss. I have thankfully have had more hits than misses. My daughter raves that their spicy nuggets are better than most Wendy's. For me it's making my order the way requested. I appreciate them. Thanks Gals and Guys.
