Pizza Hut

Terrible customer service . Ordered pizza at 8pm quotes 25 to 35 minutes ... 930 still no pizza and no communication from the store. I called and nobody can give me around about time and asked what I wanted. I want my pizza I ordered. I was told sorry we wil have. Acpupon for u we are backed up with 1 driver. 2 hrs later 10pm my pizza arrives no coupon no sorry took so long nothing. And the manager hung up on me at the store!!!!! I have called back 4 times they keep hanging up on me!!! Thanks for the terrible customer service!!!! Never again.

I love Pizza hut I can always find a deal for my family we can afford a family of 6 and 4 of them young men and teenagers so you know they eat and we all get full we order at least once a week or 2 to 3 times a month they hut rewards always come in handy on the days cash is low and it's supposed to be Pizza night if I'm not mistaken you get 1 hut reward point for every dollar you spend I think don't qoat me on that please call n verify but yes food always hot and fresh when it arrives

Gave them five hours to cook 20 pizzas and 100 wings and they couldn’t do it He just went ahead and canceled it because he had plans tonight . How is the American economy ever gonna get back on track with people like this working. Didn’t even bother to call and tell me he was canceling I had to call the store to find out

Because they know how to cook my pizza order "extra" crispy. I have been to other locations in the area and this one is the best. They are friendly & cook my pizza the way I like. They are not the closest but they are the best of all locations so it is worth the less convenient trip. However I DO NOT like the decreased opportunity to place notes with my order. 10 digits is not enough space to make comments when ordering.

Mask required and the 2 employees I saw in my visit they both weren't wearing a mask. The cashier grabbed one before greeting me. If is required for customer i don't see what is the difference for them not to wear one. That location needs to fix their AC.. I guess )and I don't blame the employee) is hot back there. Please fix it pizza hut !!!!!
