The Moc Bar & Grill

Took 3 guests to play to play on Feb 16/02. To say I was embrassed would be an understatement. I don't remember seeing a golf course in such bad shape. Some teeboxes were just about all dirt and uneven, others had very little grass. Cartpaths had potholes every where. Some fairways were terrible while others were barely acceptable. Greens were about average at best, but I must say most were fast and true. It's too bad the course has been allowed to get in such bad shape because it has a really good layout with loads of potential. SAD!!!! Derek Banks

The course is not in any great shape, the layout gives the course a little gusto and makes the round fun. The greens are rather slow, fairways seem to blend in with the non-existent rough. As for the chewed up tee boxes, they need attention. I wouldn't recommend the course until it improves and who knows when that will happen.

Well, that wasn't great. I played this course a couple years ago, and I remember it being in great condition. That was not the case today. The fairways had a lot of crabgrass and each one of the greens had problems. There is lots of construction at the entrance ( a new Publix ) and it's a bit confusing trying to get to the golf. This course has a great signature hole with #9. Really a fun hole. I'm not blaming the course, but the main lake had a ton of fish kills and the smell was horrible. This could be a a really fun course again with some TLC.
