Worst ever. Definitely not like the one that use to be at the Burbank mall. How can you mess up a Banana Banana? We were craving Surf City since the one in Burbank was always our favorite. Needless to say we lost all cravings to ever go back. The owner or Manager is just rude. No customer skills what so ever. This surf city is garbage. Not worth the money spent. I get 1000x better smoothies from the gym or Cold Stones.

Smoothies are very tasty! However some of the smoothies are made with a powder instead of fresh fruit. Boba has a great texture but it is flavorless. They have dairy-free options as well!

Today the there wasn't a line yet it felt like it did. The lady was working by here self and very very VERY slow. The drink was very watery and tasteless. I got a peanut butter and banana smoothie that was so Water down it look like I was drinking a lemonade that tasted like milky water. For a large drink I don't think 1/4 of a banana is enough for tast. Nothing compared to other surf city's.
