El Pollo Loco

Very disappointed. I simply double checked my order to make sure it was correct. I got attitude for “Double checking,” then I got attitude for asking for salad dressing to go with the 4 salads. There was not one dressing in the bag. Then, when I received the dressing, that was incorrect too! So, of course I got attitude for asking for the correct dressing which was clearly stated on the receipt. I know things get mixed up and orders can be confusing. I get it! If it was for me, no big deal. This is an order going to healthcare workers. I feel they deserve a nice, hot, CORRECT meal. It’s why I double checked the order real quick. Snide comments and attitude are unappreciated.

Only reason for any stars was the food was good. The customer service here is below quality. The young man at the cashier was very snobby and cold. Also when i.said have a nice day one young lady turned and looked at me and turned her back without saying anything. Last tried to ask a question and was just ignored. I felt very unwelcome and wont be returning to this location.

I appreciate the El Pollo Loco on Rancho Vista in Palmdale. We visited there on a weekend and needed a really big meal to take to a family's house, and very quickly. El Pollo Loco was happy to oblige us, and provided us with 2 of their larger meal deals, at terrific prices. We were able to feed a lot of people because of the amount of food El Pollo Loco provided, and they did it very quickly. After the 10 minute drive to the house, the food was still piping hot. Everybody loved the food too. It made for a very nice Sunday afternoon! Thank You El Pollo Loco!

I live up the street and absolutely love El Pollo loco at any other location. Out of the past 5 visits, only 2 have had the correct items. First time was they forgot to give me my extra tortillas and messed up my side order. Next time they gave me tacos instead of nachos. Literally 1 minute later I walked in and dealt with the same exact chick and she asked for my receipt. I was searching but didn't have it, she made me go out to the car. I came back after being unsuccessful and locating the receipt and she gave me some guilt trip like next time I need to have the receipt. My wife just went today and they messed up on our sides once again, guess what? No receipt. I called to try to explain the situation and no answer. Reading other reviews, management needs to do something to fix this because this is completely unsatisfactory.
