Luis was right on with customer service, this is the first time that I have visited BWW in palmdale CA and I was not disappointed. He even helped me pic the right type of portions. This is what I call excellent customer service. I just hope all of the people that work here are equally as great when it comes to customer service. And the food was really good too.
The service is great and they are really pampering you! The food is pretty good esp the wings.. well duh!! It has to be good!! Anyway, I'll come back again with the family.
First time trying this product. Actually pretty good. The wife and I liked it very much. The varied assortment of dipping sauces was great as well. Although we used take-out, the patio was open and being used carefully. I recommend this establishment and would go back again.
My family likes their specials on Tuesdays. Most of the time our orders are correct for pick up. They try thier best to be Covid careful. Friendly staff.
The food was delicious and hot as it should be. There was an issue with my online order that made it go to the next day but I received a call from one of the managers named Alex the next day and he apologized for any inconvenience. He said he would gladly have the order for me when I chose to come back in. Both Sandy and Mariyah took very good care of me and made sure I had everything I needed even though it was busy. Definitely a great location 👌
