Hands down, the BEST ice-cream cake around and yes, we drove 45 minutes to go pick it up because this is the only location around. Ice-cream is creamy and LOVE the chocolate crunch in the middle. Sprinkles are the finishing touch! The store is clean and the Owner is nice and friendly. We will be back! Thank you for helping to make my daughter's birthday special with your amazing custom birthday cakes.

Was so excited to find a Carvel being that all the ones near me are closed down. Order 7 cups. Soft chocolate ice cream wasnt working. Got hard kind instead. Very disappointed. Tasted old. 6 of the 7 were thrown away after a few bites. Wasted 20 bucks. Worker was nice so thats why I didn't do 1 star

I went it to the store at around 5pm and asked for Boss Milkshake. The employee on duty to me, "We are out of the milkshake stuff. I know we have some more, but I don't know where it is. I would have to call my boss to ask where it is." I'm thinking maybe this employee shouldn't be left by themselves to run the store if they don't know where things are in the back. Totally ruined my first visit to a Carvel ice cream store. I had to settle for something I didn't really want and gave me a bad impression on how the company is run.

Ordered an ice cream cake for my sons 15th birthday last week. He had no input on what the cake should look like so my niece offered her opinion and so did his dad! We gave them general ideas and told them to have fun with it! They delivered and then some! We all, minus my son, loved his cake and thought it was amazing! The manager did an amazing job and was exactly what we were looking for! They have awesome staff at the Palm Harbor location!!
