Canes Cafe And Corner Store

I've driven by so many times, but friends were in town, so now I had a reason, since one requested a Cuban sandwich. It's small, seating is against the walls due to Covid 19 seating restrictions, so we sat outside. The drinks: a Raspberry Iced Tea, a Frappe and a strawberry Italian soda, we're all very refreshing and nicely priced. We ordered a Cuban and two of the steak, cheese and bacon pies and we were impressed, well we thought the doilies were unnecessary, but the food was amazing. The flavors were so rich and yum that I even brought some home to my family and sausage rolls for breakfast. I'm a fan!

This is a great place to stop when biking the Pinellas Trail. It is a little closer to Tarpon Springs than Dunedin. The people who work here are friendly and helpful. The sandwiches are absolutely great and huge. I thought for the area the prices were reasonable. The outside furniture could use a little updating for purposes of appearance and uniformity.

Holy cow talk about good food and coffee. We moved far away from an old coffee shop we liked called "Sips" coffee over near Gunn highway. Their hours have changed, and it's been very tough to get over there. They use Crimson Cup coffee just like this place, so it's such a great find!! We will definitely be coming back here for more amazing food and coffee. You did a perfect job with the frappes. I had the vanilla latte frappe with an extra shot of espresso. Done perfectly. Thank you so much again.

Just visited this sweet little Cafe today to work and I have to say I was very impressed. The owner greeted me personally and was so very pleasant. I had the Al Capone. It was sweetened with honey but not to sweet and still kept a nice coffee flavor. Canes Cafe was the perfect place to work with lots of plugs and cell chargers. I didn't eat this time but the smell of the sandwich they were turning out will definitely have me coming back to try the food. Highly recommend!
