I ordered the “Hero” sub and it was delicious. This is one of their best establishments. It is always clean, friendly staff, and good food. I also love that their website informs you that “A portion of your purchase in 2019 at all US Firehouse Subs locations goes to the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation, to be used to provide lifesaving equipment to first responders.”

You can literally order a sub. wait before you show up and still have to wait 30 mins. The service is so slow. The service is awful.

This place makes one of my favorite sandwiches in the whole world. I love sandwiches a lot, and there's a lot of choices out there, so I don't say this lightly. I don't know if all FHS are this good, but this one is totally worth it!

Sometimes the subs are great, other times they are kind of "blah". I realize right now is a hard time for everyone, but seeing the amount of delivery and to go orders means something is right. I wish there was more consistency here.
Update 5/15 - Order 3 subs for take out and none of them were labeled. We're in the middle of a pandemic, and having to touch other people's food to figure out what was what is disgusting. They should truly know better.

All sandwiches are always freshly made to order. All orders are delivered to your table by a very friendly employee. You have choices of either small, medium or large sandwich. Don't forget to get the meal deal to include a drink and your choice of cookies, chips or whatever. You can't beat the reasonable prices and the family atmosphere. Oh yeah, free refills on your favorite drink as well. Give this establishment a try and you too will be hooked. Recommend!

It's been about 8 years since I've had a sandwich at Firehouse Subs. I became allergic to wheat at that time. Today, I had an Engineer on their new gluten free roll and it was fantastic! So excited that Firehouse is now an option for me again! Thank you for getting with the times Firehouse! I appreciate it so much!
