Dunkin'

THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS A PUBLIC HEALTH HAZARD. No entry way rug. No wet floor sign. Floor is covered in water from rain footsteps. All trash bins overflowing. All it takes is one person to slip and fall to lose your license. The men's bathroom is not properly lit. The faucet is covered with corrosion and soap. The chrome finish is PEELING OFF, right in front of where you wash your hands. You could seriously cut yourself quickly and not realize it on the razor sharp metal sticking out of this Public sink. I notified the manager about the missing light in the bathroom, and a week later the light is still out, along with the aforementioned health issues. If that isn't enough, just look at my breakfast sandwich. Pitiful. Why can't Dunkin get it together, this is the fourth location this Google guide has picked apart. I have over a year in fast food experience.

It's a nice a clean spot. You have be careful of the traffic flow into the plaza for parking- one way entries and all that. But not complicated or over crowded. They have their busy times in the morning but it's coffee business so that can be expected. But the few times I've visited, the service is quick and easy. Orders are clean and the place is tidy. If an order is off, the staff will fix it for you without issue. Not all DD make hot chocolate or chai tea the same😲😩 but this is one of the locations that keep it consistent and the way I enjoy it (without excess syrups, sugars, water). 👍 I'll go back if I want to have DD again.

UPDATED because it didn’t make sense lol. Two people in front of us in line and a lady waiting for her order at the pick up area. This was at 5:30 am. There were 2 employees. The employees behind the counter looked like they were filling a big online order. That’s what we guessed. After 10 minutes the lady waiting for her order actually only left with two cups of coffee. What the heck? One of The guys in front of us only wanted a large black coffee no sugar or cream. If the ladies filling the big order(I think that’s they were doing) would have taken his order in less than 10 minutes he wouldn’t have left so angry. He waited for his coffee. The ladies didn’t even say anything like maybe “sorry guys we will be right with you”. Anything really. We would have stayed. We are really patient but the no acknowledgement on their part just made us leave :( Haven’t been back since.

I was just at this location to pick up my coffee (tried to also order a breakfast sandwich but the app wouldn’t let me add it — the app constantly malfunctions) and when I arrived at 6:41am, the doors were locked with 3 workers inside preparing orders and about 15 people outside waiting on them to be let inside to also pick up their mobile orders. Despite the customers knocking on the doors and windows, the workers waved us off. They were supposed to open at 5am. I should also mention that among the people waiting on their coffees were numerous firefighters and people in medical scrubs (myself included) trying to get to work on time. Many of us had to leave without our coffees, etc. bc we could not afford to arrive late. I can understand if things come up and the store needs to make quick adjustments, but place a sign in the door or have someone communicate with your customers at the very least...especially when people have already paid for their items.
