This is by far the worse dunkins I been to my Cafe con Leche was only a quarter filled and there customers service is very bad were it seems like they don’t have none I ordered hash browns and they didn’t put it down in the order and when I confronted them about it they just threw the bag of food at me when my food was ready

WORST DUNKIN STORE.. Firstly this store is busy all the time ( prime location) and they always have under staff. staff needs training about how to customer’s. Staff does not wear masks properly. I Ordered a veggie sandwich and ended up getting beef sandwich and staff did not even concern or apologize for wrong order.

This is by far the worst Dunkin we have been to. We always order on the go and it’s never ready by the time we get there (we live almost 10 mins away). We tried to give them a few chances but they always get my order wrong (so much mocha that I can’t enjoy my drink, forget my dairy, or just forget to add mocha) every time we’ve gone, we’ve had a different issue. Today I stood in the restaurant for 15 minutes seeing my order next in their system but rather than acknowledging me, they made everyone else’s coffee then deleted my order... I had to get back in line to tell them to make my order. I rather drive 20 minutes farther than go back to this Dunkin again.
