Chipotle Mexican Grill

I have been going to this location for about 4 years now. If asked I would say this place had decent customer service 4 years ago. However, it has been on a steady decline and today was my last visit. I refuse to go any longer. There is such a high turn over rate it seems the staff is never properly trained. Whether you go in person or place an order for pick up expect to wait at least 30 minutes. If it’s busy you may wait longer. Mainly because the staff is goofing around ignoring customers. For example, I place a pick up order for 1:30 I arrived at 1:45 (I always expect them to be late), my order wasn’t made and neither were the other two peoples waiting for a pick up. The poor cashier had to ask the girl at the rice station twice if she could make the orders only to receive an attitude back. I don’t blame the girl working the register and I do feel bad she got the heat from the customers when it was the staff working the line who weren’t doing their jobs. A disappointing experience yet again. Save your money and go to another restaurant in the food court the service you’ll receive is much faster and with a smile.

From all the Chipotles I've been to (and I've been to quite a lot of them over the years), never have I been to one that is so awful on a consistent basis. I used to work in the area and I still live near this location. Therefore, I've been giving them a chance for over 5 years, always hoping that they would improve. After all, it's Chipotle. Unfortunately, this location has progressively continued to decline in almost every possible way. Portions seem to be shrinking more and more every time I order, the fajitas (veggies) are consistently burned, the rice is excessively sour (from the lime), and one has to almost beg in order to get a decent portion of protein; and this at the risk of being charged for "double protein." I often order the salad and I am left so hungry, I have to then eat elsewhere. This is because they normally fill the bowl/ burrito with rice (which is cheap) so if you get no rice, then there's barely anything to eat. Chipotle has been known for great value and great food since its inception, but this location adheres to neither of these important standards. This is unfortunate, considering the foot traffic they get in a location like The Gardens Mall.

Do yourself a favor and go to any other Chipotle in the area. I've never had one consistently mess up so frequently. I had put an online order and picked it up, silly me I should've checked it before I left because it was the wrong meat, wrong rice, missing corn salsa and guac. Not to mention it just looks pathetic.
