Staff was very nice and respectful. However, the owner or managers need to seriously talk to the staff about washing their hands and following COVID protocols. I placed an mobile order, waited 5 minutes then went in. I assumed they weren't busy because I saw 2 crew members outside smoking & chatting. I walked in and my latte wasn't there. The guy that was smoking comes in right behind me and starts making the mobile orders-without washing his hands. I had to wait an additional 5 minutes for my mobile order because they were backed up. So they were not doing their job. Very annoying because it forced me to wait inside the building and be exposed longer than I wanted to.

I’ve become incredibly irritated with your evening staff. This is now the third time in two months that it has been the SAME person TO MESS UP MY COFFEE EACH TIME. I stop and grab my evening coffee before headed to work at this location now and again and each time I’ve done so and it’s NOT BUSY. It is the same person who makes my coffee and gets it incorrect.

On my last 3 visits I have witnessed the staff messing up customer orders. Rather than accepting responsibility the staff argue with the customer. Even the shift manager gets involved and is not the most pleasant. What happened to the days of the customer is right. Maybe if the staff worried less about gossiping and more about doing their job these mistakes could be avoided
