Don't go with friends expecting to share a pitcher of beer; they refused to sell us a pitcher of any beer!! My friend needs soft foods due to difficulty swallowing and asked what they could substitute that she would be able to eat. The manager didn't offer any other foods she could eat!!! Poor customer service. What happened to the customer is always right??? Food was only fair quality. Will not be returning.......

I love Miller's, and today was my first visit to this location. Karen, the bartender, was absolutely amazing. She is so efficient and checks up on you periodically. I had no complaints at all simply because of her service. PS: she loved my smile haha

Staff is amazing especially Karen who typically works the bar. She remembers not only customer names but their drink preference. She gives honest feedback on food options and has never let us down in terms of recommendations. We consider ourselves “wing connoisseurs” coming from upstate NY and she said they were the best and she was spot on! Highly recommend for not only the food and drinks but the “value”.

I’ve been going to miller’s ale house for at least 12 years. I’ve gone to this location at least 10 times and honestly I have to say the quality has gone down. Very dry zingers, almost inedible I didn’t even want to continue eating them. The service is really good though, they definitely need a new chef / cooking staff though.

This place is wonderful. Great food and great vibes. Ordered the lobster tails and man that was some good lobster. Broccoli was nice and crunchy. Plenty of butter can't go wrong with that. Also had the fully loaded mashed potatoes which could've used a bit more seasoning but thats just me. Overall experience was right up there with my expectations of what I've grown to love about Miller's ale houses.

I like Miller's because they have great staff that will happily serve you many drinks but when they see you've had enough they politely cut you off as to not overserve and I respect their professionalism in that matter. I enjoy visiting this establishment with friends, the food and service is excellent. keep up the good work guys.

Assistant General Manager John exceeded my expectations in addressing a concern with my order. I was more than satisfied. I live close to this restaurant and my wife and I come here often. Food is always excellent and customer service is exceptional. They are really great neighbors!
