Clean restaurant; fairly fast, and accurate service, but the personnel taking the order did not seem familiar with the "bowl" order and looked as us as if we were in a different establishment (even though it is clearly an option visible on their menu. I ordered a "burger bowl with cheese, bacon, and jalapeños ". After some confusion I was asked "okay, a burger in a bowl?" I said "yes, with cheese and..." I was cut off with "Oh... so you want a CHEESE burger???" I replied "yes, with bacon, and..." I was cut off again. "Oh, then you want BACON CHEESE BURGER????" (I honestly didn't need to be corrected like that.. I'm not applying to work there. You obviously know what I was trying to order if you listened, but in hindsight, maybe you really had no idea how to place the order and was projecting that on me..) Be that as it may, it was a well made and delicious burger ( burger, cheese, bacon, and jalapeños... in a bowl)

THANKS TO THE MANAGER Here At Five Guys I’m Rating This Restaurant A 5 Star Today Because I Ordered Here From Uber Eats But As I Do My Order I Forgot To Add Cheese On It So I Called Up There To See If I Could Add Cheese Over The Phone And I Had Already Placed The Order So I Explained How I Forgot To Order On Uber Eats But The Manger Explained To Me Nicely That There Was No Way They Could Do That Over The Phone Due To The Low Amount It Costed So He Advised Me To Cancel And Do It Again But Add Cheese So I Hang Up I Went Back To The App To Try That But It Was Too Late To Cancel My Order So I Called Back To Let Him Know I Couldn’t Cancel And He Would Be Fine Without The Cheese But A Moment Later I Get A Call Back From The Manger Stating That He Would Add The Cheese On The Burger For Me Even After He Explained It Couldn’t Be Done And He Didn’t Have To Do That But He Did And I Want To Say THANK YOU SO MUCH And I HIGHLY APPRECIATE YOU GUYS AND I DEFINITELY RECCOMEND YOU GUYS TO EAT HERE!!!!!!!❤️❤️
