When I am in Palatka, I always enjoy breakfast here. The breakfast specials are always good food at a good price. Plus, CP Deli is a great place to stay a little longer and enjoy an extra cup of coffee with friends.
Good food, but you MUST order food before you go because it takes an hour for them to turn out a burger and fries. Also, they aren't open for dinner or for anything but breakfast on Saturdays so it can be hard to find times to eat there in my schedule.
Staff is tremendous, precise and very friendly.
The food is quick and good, although I expected a little more.
The food is good, but not great. Its almost as if the chef is being held back from going to far.
My wife ordered the sausage gumbo. The gumbo was very good, but had absolutely no heat (spice) like gumbo is supposed to have.
They told me they had the best Reubens in Putnam County, so I tested it. They do not. It was good and well made, but the corned beef lacked flavor, taking away from the overall taste.
BTW, the absolute best coleslaw I have had in years, so creamy and flavorful. No salt or pepper needed!
Now, I'm picky so I gave them four stars because the food was good and was served hot and in a timely manner. Add to that the staff is just awesome.
Great place to eat subs and salads. I had the corned beef 12” with provolone and wife had a large tuna salad. My side I chose potato salad and it was homemade mayo mustard egg with red skinned potatoes. I will return when in the are.
CO is consistently good, any time, all the time. REAL country fried steak - so good!
We were camping at a local park and decided to eat breakfast here! It was actually very good. The country fried steak was amazing. Our waitress was very friendly. We look forward to eating here again on our next trip!
This place is busy as hell but for a good reason. Not many breakfast places in Palatka and the one seems to be at the top. It is a small town country style place. Never have been disappointed going here.
Really impressed with this Deli. Very much a hidden gem with friendly staff and efficient service. The chicken meals we ordered,
especially the chicken salad sandwich, were made with quality ingredients and tasty. We'll be returning to try other items like the taco salad and philly. I'd happily recommend this place to anyone visiting Palatka.
It was our first visit and the food was extremely tasty. Would make a few suggestions to the blackened chicken Caesar salad, but this is a personal choice of some ingredients I have seen in other similar salads
