Holy Awesomeness!! This is a MUST-DO local restaurant, and get there early before the daily specials run out. You could pick anything off the menu and you'd be happy. When we went we did the brisket, the Texas Sausage Link, the Fajita meat on a Stick, and the bone-in steak sirloin/filet. And last but in NO WAY least, the 32 oz. McClures Bloody Mary. What you'll love: • the brisket (best I've ever had, and I've been to the #1 spot in Austin, TX) It's so good we were afraid to put sauce on it for fear it would ruin the flavor. That's never happened to me before. • the specials - we went for the steak and the fajita meat and they both blew us away. I've had a lot of great steak over the years and this was as good as anything I've ever had • the sausage link was a surprising favorite at the table. Heck, it's five bucks, throw one in your order • the Bloody Mary - share with your significant other because it's too much for one • the owners - they came to our table and visited and were super cool. Your meat is in great hands with Greg and Kristina • the no-bs casual atmosphere complete with an amazing selection of beers and wine Bottom line, if you like meat, you may have found your new best friends.

Best part about moving back to palatine was finally being able to try this place. It did not disappoint. We got the brisket and ribs and both were just phenomenal. The brisket in particular was the best I’ve ever had. Music was great, people were great and I’ll definitely be back again.

Just got home from Crane Construction Company’s 70th Year Anniversary Celebration! Chicago Culinary Kitchen was there serving up the finest brisket, ribs, and Mac n Cheese, that I have ever tasted. After stuffing myself on one plateful, I went up for seconds just to take home. Want to thank Greg and his lovely crew for their kind service and delicious food (and secret to making the most extraordinary brisket I have ever feasted upon!!). I’m going back to eating my leftovers now

Awesome Place! Love the Black Sabbath playing in the background and all the delicious meats! Had the brisket which was juicy and tender, not dry at all and pork belly on a stick, c'mon now that was amazing! Love this place!

Went there this weekend for the first time and was blown away by the quality of the food but most of all the flavor. I am looking forward to bringing my family there so that they may enjoy some good food. Thank you Chicago Culinary Kitchen for a great meal.

Had an amazing experience this past saturday evening. The meat prepared was amazing and the pairings with the crafted beers and bourbon made evening's eating experience a masterpiece. A highly recommened evening for eating and learning how to prepare the meat at home.

If you love craft beer and BBQ then this is the place for you! Greg and Kristina show their passion for their craft in expertly paired beers to go along with superbly smoked meats. Warning: as long as you are not a vegetarian you will not go hungry! Can’t wait to go back!

Decided to go here based on a fb friend’s recommendation and it was worth the ride to Palatine. We sat at a communal table next to a friendly couple who turned out to be the owner’s mom! The food was excellent- we tried the brisket, pulled pork, beans, Mac n cheese and special tamales. My husband tried a new beer too. The atmosphere is fun, music playing and T-shirts decorating the walls. And just like we had read, they ran out of food around 1 pm! So don’t wait and come late - you will miss out!

Chicago Culinary Kitchen is the Real Deal!!! Chicago has all these BBQ places - but nobody has brought the True Texas BBQ Experience. Finally the time has come - very surprised I did not hear of them sooner. EVERYTHING they make is GREAT. Chicago Culinary Kitchen is a 100% must to do on any list!!! Forget the Rest - This place is the Best!!! I challenge anyone to show me better in Chicagoland area!!!!

The food we had was great. The meats we tried were BBQ ribs, sausage, brisket and pulled pork. Nothing needed BBQ sauce because it was just that good. I enjoyed the Mexican corn they had my girlfriend didn't care for it as much. The corn bread was good but cool or cold. It needed to be heated. We also had a drink as well an apple and cherry cider, it worked really well with our food. The atmosphere in the restaurant is a rock and roll theme including the music. We found it very different and entertaining. This was an excellent experience, a little bit priceyier but well worth it! A 5 star experience!

All I can say is WOW. Best BBQ I've had in a while. Did a private class that they offer and was able to try their sausage, pulled pork, chicken, ribs and brisket.. Everything was out of the park amazing. Highly recommend! The owners and workers are all so fun and nice. Drinks are so good. Super fun environment to be around.

CCK Rocks! Exciting atmosphere and some fantastic food. I had the New Yorka and a pulled pork tamale. My wife loved her rib tips and fries. The Buffalo chicken sandwich was a true masterpiece. The owner bussed tables and interacted with the guests. I highly recommend it!

Food was excellent. Everything tasted very fresh. Big portions. Great service. Cool atmosphere. For those complaining about high price, I know first hand that it takes many hours to prep and smoke meats. Their prices are not cheap but not out of line for the quality of food. If you want cheap get a McRib.

Absolute fire!! We loved this place! Not only is the vibe great and the staff too but the bbq is the best I've had in a longggg time!!! It was hard to choose what to eat because everything sounded great but we ended up with pulled pork, brisket, mac and cheese which was creamy and topped with flaming hot cheetos!!! Aaaaamazing!! The meat was cooked just right with a great smoke taste and no sauce was needed but we did try them just to see (all were tasty). Oh and to top it all off a mini sorbet mojito!! It had such great texture and flavor!!! Yum!! Like key lime pie but with booze!! If you haven't checked out this place you're missing out!! 🖤🤘
