Our Paintsville McDonald’s use to be good but lately the fries are always cold and today our hamburger buns were also cold AND stale. This doesn’t make sense since it was busy and we waited in line. Shouldn’t everything be fresh and hot when they are so busy?

Had to give at least one star to post wouldn't even give them that. The only things they got right was the double cheese plain and fry no salt.
