Our family has held many special events at Frans; Kevin and his team always impress! The food is amazing and the service is incredible, they go above and beyond! Great for dinner as well!
Fran's Landing is awesome!!! We were there yesterday for a Farewell Luncheon for a classmate of ours..... service, food and staff were all superior!!! It was a large group and there were two waitresses who handled it all, very impressive...Thank you all, we will return!!!!

This is one of my favorite places to go. The staff is very friendly and remembers you! I have even used the building out back for work parties and shower, the owner is always helpful!
Excellent service!! We had the breaded cauliflower for an appetizer, and the home made salsa ranch dresseing was AMAZING!! I ordered th garlic Parmesan wings . Excellent taste and crispy texture. My boyfriend had the blue cheese bacon burger. He stated the burger tasted plain no seasoning. Over all 100% better than Applebee’s, which is the choice we go to in Painted Post. Oh by the way they greet you st your table with POPCORN!! 😊❤️

Husband loved the fish fry, I had broiled scallops which were so tender & flavorful. We both enjoyed the Mac & cheese and slaw. The server was very attentive.

Amazing place just over the state line into New York State. My husband and I were taking my Mother-in-law(I call her Mom also) to dinner, we were up in PA visiting her. She talked about this restaurant and we figured we would try it. First we got there at 7:45pm and they close at 8pm but when we walked in to see about possibly take out or something, they told us to come in and sit down to eat. They have specials for each day and Mom loves their Chicken Parmesan but that is on Thursday and Saturday, we were there on a Tuesday😳 Our server said that they could make her a Chicken Parmesan but would have to use pizza sauce instead of a marinara and would have to substitute the pasta with a baked potato. Mom was delighted with what they offered to do and she said it was delicious😋. My husband got a Swiss and Mushroom burger and let me tell you, he had to cut it because even he couldn't get his mouth open that big😂. I chose the Tuesday night Pot Roast dinner, the roast was so tender that it honestly melted in my mouth and the gravy was to die for. We did decide to get dessert, they had an amazing array of choices available. Mom got the Brownie with ice cream, my husband got Coconut Cream pie and I chose the Banana Cream pie. This place even rocked their desserts. The portions were a nice size for dinners and dessert, everything was delicious and the people were so nice and willing to accommodate Mom's wish for the Chicken Parmesan dinner on a night that it wasn't the nights special. Met and talked to the owner and he was also friendly and we all talked for a bit even though they had been closed for about 45 minutes. I definitely recommend Fran's Landing if you find yourself lucky enough to be in their area. I want to thank all of them for being so gracious and making Mom so happy, it meant the world to my husband and myself.
It's always a great experience there. I took my wife out to eat there tonight and she fell in love with it !!! With our food and drinks it was $36.99. It's a great value for everything you get and the food was amazing. The customer service was very exceptional !!! We will be going there again soon
The food was exceptional but the staff was over the moon delightful! Friendly, attentive engaging! Wow, just a great experience. We will be back.👍
Our server was nice. The atmosphere was down-home welcoming. Roast beef was good, but. I wasn't crazy about the French fries. However, I recommend you try them out if you are in the area.
Never had a bad meal, wonderful staff. Gets very busy but worth the wait!
Good Food.. Decent prices. Waittess was Busy but took good care of us. Fish fry was good size, mac&cheese tasty. Ham wrap was well made also!
First time there. Food was delicious, server was great, atmosphere was charming. Those who had suggested it to us - thanks. Will be back.
