I had the quesadillas and they are really good. There are also 3 different causes you can get with your meal. Idk what the other reviews are talking about but it's pretty good! They use mozzarella cheese if that makes a difference to you. Staff is really nice as well.
The tacos have flavor. The sopapillas were fresh and warm. And the people taking our order were friendly.
The taste of these sopapillas is one of the most addicting things I've ever experienced. If my taste buds don't get to have one of these things I start going through sopapilla withdrawal. And trust me, you don't want that. Plus the family who runs it is so nice. Overall, it's really just the taste that drives me nuts for this place. Definitely going to keep me coming back to Pagosa!
These guys helped us so much by saving the day and catering our rehearsal dinner! I am Hispanic and their food tasted like it came from my abuelitas kitchen!! The food was so yummy and they went above and beyond to make it happen for us!
