Fiesta Mexicana

The food was 3 stars and the service at this restaurant is negative 4 star. I hate to slam a restaurant due to the actions of employees. Our party of 6 somewhat enjoyed the food. Food portions are big. It's unfair to customers in tourist town. Save your money and go somewhere else. The staff is too busy chatting and disappearing. Table next to us with family of 6 had a frustrated look on their face too with service. Lets hope the management can do a better job with the staff.

The food was good and the enchiladas looked just like the picture. They gave us plenty of chips and salsa. Overall would definitely come back. Took off one star because no one ever came to refill our waters (or even walked by where we could ask), which is one of my primary customer service metrics when dining in.

If you end up visiting here don't go late at night before they close. Could use more attention to detail in service and food. For the other guest, their food was cold and mine was served hot. I made sure to taste their food. Perhaps it was a night where everyone wanted to leave their job early but I have to agree with my other party, make sure you come early, you may get more attention and quality in food. Nice atmosphere, drinks seemed good, front patio area available for seating, non attentive waiter who stood by me when I was checking out to wait for his tip. I would not recommend this establishment due to cold food preparation (Cold Enchiladas, beans and rice) and we all know you don't send food back to the kitchen! Hopefully, they can do better on your visit. Don't get me wrong, I tipped regardless of the bad service and food because it may have been the kitchen and not the wait staff. But idk if the hostess gave the waiter his to tip.
