Great affordable fast drive up service

They don't know the difference between bone in or tenders! Ordered tenders, got bone-in. They blamed it in being short handed.... but yet there was 2 cooks, a cashier, a Drive-Thru cashier, and 3 people preparing orders! It also was not busy! Ride service! Definitely has gone down hill!

Food was cold and old. Before covid-19 it was good. Why don't Popeyes have white people in there commercials?

Popeyes might just be a fast food chain, but great customer service is always necessary to point out. I had the nicest experience today with Deidre, and she made sure myself and others behind me got our food as quickly as possible while a large order in the drive thru was taking longer than normal.
