Worse experience ever. Ordered a cake ahead of time and they didn’t have it ready on time. No notification was provided and no compensation was given. The staff was extremely unfriendly and even rude. Just blankly starred at us.

Great service! Trash and I order ice cream a lot. Everyone is needing to stay home and shelter in place.
The yummy ice cream helps us and the kids. We use DoorDash, but it is all the great employees that keep us going there.

The ice cream here is amazing whereas the smoothies are not worth it at all. I recommend the paradise cove for a summer time treat. It creamy and sweet and the balance of white chocolate and pineapple was surprisingly very good.

I don't usually care for ice cream but I really liked this place. The wife and I shared a birthday flavored ice cream. It was delicious!! The serving was enough for the both of us. Great to share an ice cream and lazily stroll around....yeah, we'll come back...

The Friday night crew has the most amazing group of girls working there!! I've gone in there almost every friday for a few months now and I'm embarrassed to admit I dont know their names yet (girl with glasses and purple hair you seriously rock babe!!) but she always remembers our order, and might I add I'm a bit needy when it comes to my ice cream I have a pretty specific order lol and shes never annoyed or bothered by it lol and they couldnt be any friendlier!! Seriously love this place!! The service is the cherry on top for me!! Thanks girls for such amazing customer service!!

Understaffed. Dark, dirty, and dingy. Some days they are cleaner than others, and sometimes they have enough staff. But other times I just walk back out. My husband loves this place; the ice cream itself isn't so bad.

Well, it's cold stone so the ice cream will always be good. The service was friendly and they made an accomodation to my nut allergy. The only problem is cramped seating so take it to go.

Coldstone is a chain so if you been to one you know what to expect but they go above and beyond here. They make there own delicious concoctions and mix combos. I could see becoming a regular here
