La Cabana Mexican Grill

Didn't originally choose to go to this restaurant but ended up here due to another restaurant being completely packed. The chips and salsa did not taste very good. The chips had a pasty taste to them. I ended up getting a shrimp Diablo plate which I definitely will not get again! It was so extremely hot that I couldn't finish eating it! I was dipping my shrimp in water in order to rinse the sauce off so it wouldn't be so hot to eat. The rice was kind of hard and bland. The environment was very cute and the service was fast and efficient although our waitress didn't speak very much English she had to go find someone to help her interpret one of our questions.

The service was quick and friendly. The salsa and chips as others have stated was very good. One thing I liked about the chips is that they were NOT oily/greasy; perfectly done. The food was served quickly and hot. Two of the items that were served were missing items clearly shown/marked on the menu; the Chicken Quesadilla meal was served without the chicken. The chicken burrito dinner was supposed to have a cheese sauce on it (it shows it in the picture), and was served dry. Our third meal was OK. The value was a little lacking. I could have received similar quality meals at a lower price; however we will come back to try other items and update this review.

Nice spot tucked back in a corner in Ozark! Decided to visit here after an event at church with some friends and I'm glad we did. The food was really good, the inside was clean and the decor is really neat looking. Our waitress was nice and our food was served promptly! Couldn't ask for much more. Would definitely recommend giving this place a try next time you're in Ozark.
