Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I've had my LAST Chicken & Three Cheese Quesadilla here. There is nothing but a tissue-paper-thin smear of cheese sauce. Basically, it's only a chicken quesadilla. It is unacceptable to sell something shoddy like this. If cheese is too expensive, then remove the item from your menu. Don't con people with a cutesy picture and then short them in the actual product. UPDATE: You have all the information you need in this review.

My crossfit husband, fitnessaholic son (20 years old) and I - really enjoyed this place. Husband and son who are very picky on what they put into their bodies said they liked it a lot and will go back. Staff was great. We had never been in before and the staff really helped. Our smoothies were really good and prices reasonable. Not as many options as Smoothie King but we really prefer this place. I had the Paradise Point. I left out the strawberries due to unable to eat them. Tell them exactly what you want and they will do so happily. Many places go out of business in this location but I really hope they stay!

I placed my order online through the app about 10 min before I showed up to get it. When I arrived there were no other customers in the drive thru or in the store. I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged by the young girl in the front. She hadn’t started my order yet. While the girl started my order slowly, she was also whispering into her headphones to the girl standing in the back. I assumed they might have been talking about me, then I realized that they were making fun of a heavier set young man that was walking across the parking lot to come inside to work. The girl working in the front didn’t have a name tag on, but she was a very cute, dark complected, dark haired young lady. She punched the blender once, then poured my smoothie into the cup as I noticed that it wasn’t mixed together well- I didn’t say anything because I was so disgusted at this point, I thought I would just try to mix it up a little better with my straw. Then as she pushed the smoothie towards me, she STILL SAID NOTHING! Not a word the entire time I was there! I said Thank you to her and she said “Okay” and turned around. I won’t be using the Ozark Tropical Smoothie anymore. I will stick with the one in Branson that has excellent customer service.
