I cannot recommend this store enough!! The owner is wonderful and created the most incredible cake for my son’s birthday!! It was as delicious as it was beautiful! Everything was super easy and super reasonably priced! The cake was a massive hit with the kids AND adults, and I will be coming back for all my parties! Highly recommend!!
The owner and staff at this carvel are amazing! They created a special, custom cake for my sons birthday and it was the best ice cream cake we have ever had. Process for ordering and pickup could not have been easier and owner executed the cake perfectly. Highly recommended!
BEST carvel!!!! Customer service is so nice, atmosphere is peaceful and everyone is so attentive. Just to point out, please respect all of the employees. I get that they’re only teenagers, but they’re better than some of the rest. Don’t get mad at some stupid simple mistake, they’re just doing their job.
Carvel is legendary. No better cake in the world. Went on BOGO sundae night and was a smooth experience.

Carvel in Oyster Bay is the only Carvel that my family and I go to. Jimmy the owner is very accommodating and friendly. He has the best ice cream cakes because they are always fresh and made to order. Jimmy is our go- to- guy for any celebration that we have because we know that we will always get the best and freshest cakes!
We would come for icream every Friday evening after Dancing in the Streets. This year you were closed, because you're closing at 9:00. Come on, it's Friday night on a summer night! So disappointed. 👎
Most delicious Carvel on Long Island. Owner and entire staff are so kind, friendly and patient. It is no surprise that there is always a line when I visit this Carvel. Well worth the wait. Wish this lovely family continued success.
Always polite and nice. Even when they pack ice cream items into bag special care is taken. I noticed it the other day when they fold top of bag to make sure it is easy to carry out
