Was standing in line waiting to order and saw one of your female staff members who was in the kitchen area lick her fingers and then went back and started preparing milk shakes and did not even take the time to wash her hands or even use hand sanitizer. Very mediocre food and service at premium prices. Shakes were Burger King quality but not value. Burgers were greasy and grisly - it's clear they only use the lowest quality ingredients. Lemonade drink was horrible - levels of undrinkable I haven't experienced since Boy Scout Summer Camp bug juice.
The fries are truly outstanding and done perfect every time! Chicken sandwiches & Chicken tenders are very good. The quality of the meat in the burgers are not lean beef so therefore have a rubbery fatty texture when chewing. The shakes are always done to perfection!
Came for the truffles and left thoroughly satisfied. I truly hope Shack makes this limited item a permanent one. Food was cooked in typical Shack fashion, I only wish the fries would have been crispier and the burger needed more truffle sauce. Aside from that make sure you catch the truffles before
