Middling food, high price, poor experience. Seoul Sausage is a Korean + Sausage fusion restaurant. Dishes include Kalbi sausage with kimchi relish, chicken sausage, Korean fried chicken, and others (the menu was not fully built out yet. Combos include a can of soda and tater tots for $3 extra. You order using a tablet. First, the food. My group tried everything that was available on the menu (the restaurant was not fully stocked since it literally JUST opened): Kalbi sausage with kimchi relish, chicken sausage, Korean fried chicken, and the tater tots. These were all... fine. Nothing really to write home about. The Kalbi sausage with Kimchi relish should have been a wow, but it could have just as easily been a bratwurst. The chicken sausage was a sweeter version of andoiulle sausage. I was unimpressed. The fried chicken was better, but needed something to go with it to balance the dish. And the tater tots were, well, tater tots. For the price ($8 for 1 small sausage on a bun) we expected to get something substantial or something that really WOWed us. The experience. I couldn't stand the experience. Cold, detached, and not friendly. The user orders for themselves using a small terminal, but nobody saw that you had to do this. The terminals just looked like point of sale terminals, not self service kiosks. I didn't see any signage for it, either. The kitchen is open, and the chefs are right there to look at you, but they didn't help either. The presentation was a little weak - the food came in simple paper cartons and drinks are just cans of soda. To sum up, Seoul Sausage has many of the trappings of a food truck - fusion fare, loud noise, sort of rude staff, cans of coke, high prices - but none of the charm or exceptional food.

We love this place! Always going back for the KFC (Korean Fried Chicken).... Went in today and saw this Ginger Soy Chicken on the menu, another favorite for My Wife & Myself. What’s even better is, there’s many options to choose from that we haven’t even tried yet. Thanks for the delicious Korean food Seoul Sausage!

Located in the Oxnard's Collection Annex, this was my first time here. I had the Sweet and Spicy Chicken Bowl which had sweet and spicy chicken sausage, kimchi rice, fried egg and house hot sauce. There was a little kick to the spicy chicken but it was just right. The service was good and fast. After eating here, the family and I went and saw a movie at the nearby theatre. Good time was had by all.

Loved the #1 spicy sausage on a bun! Pro Tip: while you're watching on your food, this place is right by the "Bottle & Pint" so get a beer too! They go GREAT together!

The food here is really good. I ordered the kalbi pork sausage combo. It’s my go to bowl 😋 . The employees are really nice especially Geo! He was so personable, greeted us upon arrival and seemed truly happy to be working there. Thank you Geo 😁 for making this a great experience. The food was made fresh came out quick. I recommend trying it there if you haven’t already 🙂

I came here on a Monday night thinking it was going to be busy but the service was great. The food was different but it was very good. This place reminded me of Gen Korean BBQ that’s at the collection as well. The service of the workers were great and very helpful. I will definitely be coming back and will be telling others about this place.
