Ciao Italian Grill

Went here when they first opened and back again. They are on the access card for buy one get one. I enjoy here for the personal experience and the quick ordering. Lots of options and combinations. The picture is spicy shrimp, marinara sauce with dried tomatoes and basil. The salad is Italian sausage house ranch and a little of everything.

Love the concept - Chipotle style dining meets Italian! Was here over a year ago and just recently visit again - it looks like they've raised the price by a dollar, at least on the steak plate that I've ordered. Never seen this place crowded, which is good for me, definitely not good for the business. Place is kept clean, servers are very helpful and friendly, food is delicious.

We saw good reviews so we decided to drop by for lunch. It was very good and the service was great. Prices are between $7-11 depending on if you order veggies or steak. The portions are pretty generous and one order probably would have been enough for me and my wife. Can't say enough about the cheesecake! It's a little pricey at $4.50, but we thought it was worth it. They also have military/police/fire discounts. We will definitely be back!

I won’t ever order from here again. First off the staff is extremely rude! I placed an order today August 16. I placed a phone order for a steak sandwich and a steak plate. The girl on the phone assured me my order would be ready, even though she didn’t ask me my name or verify the total or when my order would be ready.. he older blonde women working was not friendly at all. It seemed a younger girl took my phone order, I don’t believe it was the same women I was talking to at the front desk. The older women then stated when I come to get my order that I never placed an order to begin with! I was in shock, I placed my order 30 minutes prior! The older women proceeded to be extremely rude, and the other girl working was quiet like she knew they forgot my order. When I came home I called to talk to the women working, the phone was off the hook for an hour! I kept calling because I wanted to speak to a manager and the phone continued to ring, I never was able to get anyone on the phone!! This is insane. I will never order from here again, this is the worst customer service I had ever had. I don’t even know how these girls have a job! I’m extremely upset. 0 stars! And no I never ever received my food! The lady didn’t even offer to make my order. Which was very strange since it only takes a few minutes to put together. These responses are from the owner? Arguing with me about who was working when I clearly knew who I was talking to. Wow. Shocking.

I really do love this place but I came in around 6 pm yesterday, the two ladies working seemed rushed and swamped with orders. The women taking my order didn't seem very friendly. The women working was not friendly and made me feel very uncomfortable. She was also giving attitude to the poor door dash diver. Hope they get better service.
