Cookout

I wanted to stop by to get some of my favorites today…while I was placing my order. The lady in intercom had a attitude because I was asking a question. I inform her to lose the attitude. Then I go to get my food it was like she was illiterate, order was wrong. Then it felt like it was problem because I wanted my food to be corrected. It seems like people want to get paid but not do the job. No one told any one of you to work in fast food, you hate your job I suggest get a better education or grow a better attitude. Everything we do is a choice and make the best out of it. And whoever is doing the hiring or running this restaurant. Train your people to have a better attitude or you won’t have any customers.

This was my first time here. It took just a second to understand the menu, the layout is a little different than normal fast food joints. The lady that took our order and gave us our food through the drive-thru was very nice and patient. They reminded me of Chick-fil-A with their timing on drive-thru, very fast even though they were very busy. I ordered a cheeseburger and onion rings and cheese curls. All of it was hot and fresh and so so good. I will absolutely stop again next time I am that way.

I've never had service like this from this place, even the food was just screwed over. If folks don't want to work than they shouldn't be hired to do so. I called corporate office thinking I was calling the manager here, either way they said they would take care of it. We'll see Update: After speaking to the main office they offered me 2 free meals to use at any cookout which I thought was very nice . So I decided to try the one in oxford again but this time with night shift, I was happy to see this crew was on the job & very pleased to see that the food was really good. Thank you & great job night crew keep up the good work.
