Jimmy John's

Order never showed up. Waited nearly two hours patiently understanding weather is wild sometimes. Was gonna give a huge tip to the driver for it too. Called for a refund cause it showed it had been delivered but I can see my porch and it never was dropped off. Me and another family member called and manager on duty was rude and curt making it seem like we where in the wrong even though the refund was issued. This is the worst Jimmy Johns I’ve ever been too, and I’ve been to a good number due to loving the pickles and the good usually but I will probably never order from this particular one again.

I placed an order about 10:40 am. I was told the sliced wheat bread was baking it would be about a half hour. I waited an hour and 45 min for food. I normally get the food within a half hour. I was trying to treat my team for a good job. So disappointing we chose the wrong place for lunch. My guys start going to lunch at 10 am. We did not get food till 1235. Apparently they had so many orders to deliver, if I would if been told about the deliveries, I would have Arranged to pick up the food. The orders were not correct either. Never again.

Delivery shows up 50 minutes late even though order was placed an hour in advance.. Sandwich had no meat????? and so drenched in mayo (asked for none) bread was too soggy to eat. Asked to have another one delivered asap, was told it would be a while because delivery person running way behind. Decided to go in store and have it remade, the worker kept touching his face and neck with gloved hands, told them to just forget it and left.

Just want to say that this is a great bunch of people who give 100% towards providing quality food to their customers. The assistant managers consistently go above and beyond to make sure things are done right, and the employees always work as a true team. Great food, fantastic service, polite and dedicated staff who put forth their best effort to bringing patrons a delicious meal at a reasonable price. Proud to have this group of people serving me and the other customers at our Jimmy Johns here in Owensboro!
