Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I called and placed a large order. Anthony took my order and ensured me it would not be a problem to get the order together in a relatively short period of time. I picked the order up and Anthony was running the restaurant like a well oiled machine. He personally helped to get my order bagged up and ensured everything was correct. The food was fresh and very good. I fed around 20 employees and they all loved it. Anthony even called me later on to make sure the food was good and that I was satisfied with the experience. I give Anthony and his staff an easy 10/10. They were fast, professional and prepared exceptional food. Great job all around ! I will order again.

I ordered two piece spicy white, got home it was a two piece dark meat, I called popeyes to let them know so they can tell the employees to be more careful, and didn't ask for it to be replaced because I live on the other side of town, the night manager said she would replace it next time in the area, but for me to save the order of dark meat when I come in, then she repeated what she said for me to make sure I bring the old chicken back. I was going to eat it because I only go there about one a week, but after her ignorant response I decided to take it back for a refund. Wont be back. But will call corporate in the morning. 10/27/2020
