A fav spot for delicious Quality Meals. Great place to relax, people watch, eat good food or all the above. Looking forward to a return trip. The place has an awesome feel to it. Makes me feel like I am back in Sacramento.

Bill's was an absolutely fantastic experience.
The restaurant is small with just enough seating.
The menu is also small: specific dishes on the menu for what the chef has in stock. This also means that the dishes are fresh, unique, and most importantly delicious! I had the New York Strip; it was cooked an absolutely perfect medium-rare. Every single bit was cooked the same. The mashed potatoes, vegetable sides, and sauce were perfect.
In addition, the wait staff was attentive but not imposing. When we had a need, they ensured we were taken care of, but they did not hover.
The drinks were prepared as ordered, and the cocktails we're not watered down.
The only complaint would be that when the restaurant is full, it got a bit loud. The acoustics may be the only thing wrong with the entire meal - and quite frankly, the food, service, and drinks were well worth having to speak up with company.

Atmosphere was fantastic. Food was excellent. Had crab cakes for an appetizer. For entree the Tasmainian salmon stuffed with crab served with green beans, and mashed potatoes was amazing. Will be going back specifically for this dish.
