My family and I have been coming here for years whenever we are in town visiting. It's a spot that we always love coming too and enjoying lunch or dinner. Service is always wonderful and friendly. Food comes out in a good time. Food has always been delicious when we've gone. Today was my first time
Service was prompt and consistent. Food was so great, and the atmosphere reminded me of authentic italian resturaunts from NJ. There is a bar side and family side. Street parking, but it doesnt seem very busy in surround areas.
We started with a slice of pepperoni pizza that was good. I had the the fat cat veal sub that was very good. I have to say the fresh cooked roll made the sub great. I had the fresh cut fries for a side and they were soggy otherwise they would of got five stars. My wife had the steak special that sh
Food good but prices very expensive. Will come back due to quality of food but for 2 subs, 1 order of mushrooms and 1 medium pizza shouldn't equal $70. Would come back but it wouldn't be on a regular basis.
This is our go to for a nice family night out, pizza take out or a low key date night. Truly a staple in our family.
This place has been making consistently good pizza for decades. No tricks, no bells and whistles, just trustworthy and consistently good Americanized Italian food and excellent pizza. Everyone I know loves and trusts the quality here.
Had not been in here for several years and was very pleasantly surprised with the experience I had. Their food has always been good, but service wasn't usually good ever. Not only have they done a lot to spruce things up inside, but the menu has been expanded to include a lot of main dishes now too.
Hubby got the veal parmesan with spaghetti add on and I got the chicken française. Our dinners came with a salad, homemade bread and dessert (either cookie or cannoli). Our meals were delicious! And our waitress was very friendly and accommodating. They are clear on the menu that prices are for
My average expectations for service, speed, friendliness and cleanliness of bathroom were met . My above average expectations for taste of food were met as well.
Wonderful group of servers. Kind, helpful, and friendly. I mistakenly left a $10 bill on the counter. The very "honest" staff recognized I most likely had dropped it. Also, the server willingly carried my sheet pizza to my car. He was very helpful. Great staff working at Owego Original.
Warm and inviting doesn’t say enough. Reasonable Italian fare and very generous portions. A friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere.
Haven't been there in years until i took my wife and daughter there for their first time, and the food is just as good as i remembered it being. The wings were cooked perfectly, the sauce amazing, and the calzones are freaking huge. Don't order the large unless you have good help!
Wow! I'm from Western MA and happened to randomly pick this place for a quick takeout dinner while on business travel. I was not disappointed!!!! The locals have this thing called speedies, and it was really good! And the salad was crisp and fresh, I would highly recommend this place. Definitel
Love this place. Is a must every time we visit. Speedie pizza is the best, service is great, food is so good, great place to meet friends or warm up.
We love it here!! We eat here just about every Friday night. The pizza and garlic knots are to die for!
