The guy answering the drive-through was awesome. The food was really good as expected. Unfortunately we were not offered or reminded about any of the sauces and as we got far away I was really missing my Arby's sauce for my beef and cheddar.
The person working the drive through was not wearing a mask, just a face shield. They touched their mouth and cell phone before putting napkins im my bag of food. This store needs to improve on their safety and health standards and take better precautions.
I love the Greek sandwiches and their Ruben sandwich. Fast and efficient. Nice job Arby's Owatonna.
Tried the chicken club wrap, it was good but could have done without the sauce, it tasted sweet, not my thing
This is an OKAY fast food place. Based on my experience there, the food is nice. Although, if I had to pick between Arbys and Wendy's, I would pick Arbys. Curly fries are AMAZING. Thanks for being a nice place to stop by!
Went tonight for dinner, order ID# AAAA9JT4AGJG. We ordered 2 #15 Double meat along with kids meals. I got home and realized we only received 1 #15.
