Hey! I just called to let them know that we got home an had the complete wrong order and they asked me what I wanted to do either a refund or replacement but then turn around and Hung up on me?? I wasn't rude. Nor did I have a tone?? Please @management can I have my refund 😫 I paid $30.02 an I honestly came home with the wrong bag I will even bring the 🎒 of food back 😢 4/23/22 11:30pm

This place is great to go to during the daytime hours (I think having a manager there makes a difference) however IF YOU GO EVEN PAST 8PM on any night expect to not have the best service or food. I am a taco bell LOVER trust me! but the other night Sunday 04.17.2022at 10:30ish i went and they did not cook my quesadilla and i asked for extra jalapeno sauce trust me i love the extra sauce but idk if this was suppose to be a joke on them but there was so much sauce it completely ruined it more sauce then cheese and chicken. issues with the tacos are always there. they are not even half way filled and either broken or soggy. I did a receipt review once to win the $500 and it asked in that review if my taco was filled half way with the meat and lettuce and cheese because that is how all and every taco should be made I put a hard NO bc it is never this way. I get it they don't want to work nights, however I feel you should still get the best service even at night.

I like to read 1-star reviews of fast food places cause you really get to see middle/upper class white people at their most entitled worst. BAWW THEY FORGOT MY FIRE SAUCE BAWW. Hey jackass, go back and get it! You put this much effort into writing a bad review, but you won't swing back around to get your missing item? Cry harder!

First time visiting Taco Bell. It was approximately 7:40pm on a Saturday night. When I approached the door there were employees dancing with "friends" at the counter. Really, dancing like at a disco. I think I startled them because they immediately stopped and went behind the order counter and barely spoke to me. I placed my order and it was done before I got my drink. Food wasn’t that good, not good quality, and I'm talking about the Taco meat. Restaurant was clean. I won't be going back.

05/05/21 wed 11pm ordered taco party box and this is what they looked like. My grandkids were so disappointed ages 4-9, one spoon of meat, a shred of lettuce and a teaspoon of cheese. OMG for $16.00 plus tax I expected enought food to feed 4 small kids but instead I got nothing but shells. So upset it will be a long time before I go back to this store, but they did give me a lg pile of taco sauce because I said lots of sauce do to the fact if I don't say lots I'm lucky to get 4 packs. You can do better taco bell! I was coming there at least 4 times a week! Sad and mad!
