Pho...
Another staple resturaunt I frequent. I come here often for their Pho of course and their fried dumplings which are OTW delicious. I had taken pictures in the past and had never posted them or a review of their shop. Here it goes.
* Wife and I eat here often. The Pho is the main reason I go, she likes the pork plates because it satisfies her need to dip food in a fish sauce and eat it with her fingers. (Filipino thing)
* They have many other great dishes including their combo fried rice, which is another favorite of mine. But the fried dumplings are the greatest. Fried up crisp and served piping hot with a soy sauce based dip. The Pho and the dumplings have prevented me from trying much else, short of picking from my wife's plate when she’s not looking.
* Service is always good from the one employee I've seen other than the lady who runs the register.

Best Pho in the area!. We've eaten here several times, each time has been great, I don't understand the bad reviews lol
I always get the P7 (Beef combo pho with tripe and tendon) it is to die for!
I don't like cilantro so I get it without it.
Before I add any hoissen sauce I like to try the broth. It has always been good, but I just like the flavor that hoissen adds to it.
Anyways, its never too busy, the service has always been fast, and the waitress is pleasant and knowledgeable about Pho, so she's a great help.
Try it out! You wont be disappointed.
Good food!. To be fair, the service was less than exceptional. However, the food was outstanding. This is based on the two dishes we had, the Sichuan Chicken and the Beef Pho. The Sichuan Chicken was, hands down, the best I have tried here in Tulsa and in surrounding areas. The brown sauce that covered the chicken and perfectly done veggies was savory and spicy without being too hot. It was easily the best I have had (and yes, I do travel overseas, and around the country).
The Beef Pho was wonderful. Pho IS about the broth. This was subtle, flavorful and complex. I was instantly won over. Don't skip this place!

Pleasant. My wife and I had singapore curry noodles and steak pho, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff was friendly, and the service was good. I would recommend.
AWESOME!!!!! Best Pho in area. Service was great. Egg rolls were great too. Highly recommend.

Try it again!. Our first visit to Pho was the second day they were open and the food was excellent albeit a little slow but good none the less. I always get the chicken vermicelli and it has been consistently good. My husband changes it up a bit and hasn't always liked what he has ordered. Since our first visit we have been several times but finally quit going. I witnessed horrible customer service from the owner to a customer over take out food that took forever and the lady was going to be late going back to work. That customer and my family were the only ones in the restaurant. And the quality of the food, especially appetizers had gone down hill. So we quit going for a while. Weellll I was having a monster craving for vermicelli so we tried it again Friday April 12th and it was GREAT! Service was timely, friendly, and our order was correct. The restaurant was fairly busy as well. The food was back to being so good. The fried dumplings sauce was amazing. I was dipping everything in it. The appetizers were on par as well. I don't know what has changed but I'm glad it did. I really want this restaurant to succeed. So if you had a bad experience before I encourage you to try it again. It was worth it for us!
Excellent food and great service. Chinese egg rolls and chicken stir fry were fantastic - kids loved the sesame chicken.

YES!!!!!. I have recently become obsessed with Pho the soup and can now see myself obsessed with Pho the restaurant! Its not a fancy restaurant but who needs ambiance when you are slurping noodles with chopsticks? We had summer rolls served with a peanut sauce as an app. The rolls were very light and fresh, but I preferred dipping in some hoisin and sriracha which were provided on the table. I loved that you can choose your bowl size - regular was still a bit large for one lunch but on the bright side, I have had two more meals from the amount I brought home. The basil could have been a tad fresher but hey - it goes in the bowl anyway. All the other condiments were great. We also ordered their beef vermicelli just for kicks and it was great - served with a yummy fish sauce that was sooo NOT fishy and included tiny slices of egg roll. I have read reviews about slow service and we allotted ourselves plenty of time but we were actually finished a bit too early for the movie we were planning to see. Great food, great prices and fast efficient service....this will be a regular lunch stop!
Pleasant food, atmosphere, and value.. My girlfriend and I visited Owasso a few days ago and was recommended by friends to dine at this restaurant. I ordered the chicken cashew nuts and my girlfriend ordered the chicken pho. The pho soup was amazing. Pho Restaurant was easily one of the better Asian restaurants I have been to in the past few years. I highly recommend everyone to check this place out.

Great food, ok service! As someone familiar with Southeast Asian cuisine, I can say that the pho is authentic. They also serve Chinese food but we didn't try that this visit. Portion sizes were good with a lot of bang for the buck, but wish there could have been a little more accompanying vegetables. They just recently opened and are going through some growing pains now. Servers were overwhelmed on the night that we went which was busy, but were very friendly and running their butts off. Some issues with other customers getting seated and getting/paying their checks, but rest assured the pho is worth it and those problems should resolve as they hire more staff I imagine. So glad to have a good pho restaurant in our town!
Food taste great and authentic! The drinks are so flavorful and service friendly! I’m from Minnesota and approve this restaurant.

I have yet to try the pho here, but each time I go there are a lot of people who buy the pho and love it. So far all I've tried is the stir-fry vegetable vermicelli, and honestly I don't even know if I'm ready to try the pho yet. The stir-fry vermicelli dish is immaculate--it has stir fry vegetables for a nice savory flavor, freshly chopped vegetables to give it a freshness on another level that allocates oneself to enjoy the fresh crunch, tofu which is cooked to perfection, and (of course) rice vermicelli noodles. Very lovely. I love it so much ♥️
Had the fried rice since online I seen “best in owasso” to be honest it was ok, it’s white rice with some soy sauce n a lot of meat but barely any onions, bean sprouts or veggies and a lot of my rice was still white. As for taste it was a 3 out of 5 compared to china wok, I’m sure their pho is good though so I’ll be going back and just ask for more veggies in my rice next time. Oh and btw if you get pork fried rice it’s actual pieces of pork meat not those little red pieces you get other places.
I have tried the regular pho, the vegetarian pho, the vegetarian spring rolls with the peanut sauce. Love this place. Close to home. Large portions, great price and calm environment.
Since Kim's pho opened... we eat here often and the food service and staff friendliness are terrific! (The previous owners “Pho Restaurant” had good pho but the lady who ran it was extremely rude and disrespectful to us customers and her employees) We are very delighted to have Kim's pho provide a nice peaceful calming atmosphere in addition to the great food and service!! We LOVE Kim's Pho, Veggies, Spring Rolls, Pot Stickers, Vietnamese Iced Coffee, & Thai Tea!!! Cant wait to try everything on the menu since they have so many great options to choose from in addition to great pho!!!!
