This was my first visit in to the freezing moo. Got lucky and came in on a night that had very few people which is rare for this location. I will tell you the service was really good and I love all of the options however this type of ice cream is really not something I enjoy. They definitely have a lot of options but seems to be more for the younger crowd mainly young kids. Betty Rae's on Wornall Road over in Kansas City Missouri has some of the best handmade ice cream in Kansas City with a lot more flavors and geared towards adult taste as well. Overall a very good experience somewhat entertaining but I will probably not go back.

Still in that "grand opening mode" so lots of staff. Super busy but will say they handled all the guests very well and while line was snaked through and weaving to the door we got taken care of pretty quickly. Would like to see once the new wears off how well service will be then. It was fun to watch, quality was good and tasted well. I believe one gentleman was owner or possibly a general manager that was assisting and cue employees in a very polite way to do an even better job. I was in food service for 20+ years and I appreciated how he corrected the employee who was doing good just needed little help to do even better. He didn't cause scene or disrupt the guest the employee was helping. For being so busy with a warm day and so new of a place they were doing great. Will see after new wears off.

The loud "club" type music that is nearly impossible to talk over in a normal voice. The customer service was a little lack luster too. This was our second visit to a store like this ever and we didnt really know how to order or how the mix-ins work. The short one word answers, that are barely distinguishable from a grunt by a teenage worker that is too busy trying to flirt( and failing ) on customers and a co worker were also not very helpful either. However the gentlemen who made our ice cream was very pleasant and though clearly novice, was very thorough and pleasant to talk to. The ice cream was delicious although having a little guidance when ordering and figuring it out would have been helpful.

Freezing Moo is like the first rolling ice cream in KC. Been there since they have open up last year. For the price of the ice cream it is pretty steep for a cup of ice cream, but you do get to see how it is made from chopping, a little bit of art, and then the rolling process. They have improve over time to make the ice cream faster and lots of toppings as well.
I am a big fan of their Green Giant, which is a matcha flavor icecream with 3 lychees and condensed milk. I also like their fresh fruits toppings like mango, strawberries, lychees, blueberry, banana, or cherry. They have other toppings like chocolate chips, cookies, whipped cream, other sauces, or marshmellows. Plenty of toppings and you can get up to three. They are very generous with their portions.
Would recommended this to anyone who wants to take their kids to enjoy some ice creams.

Thai rolled ice cream concept. Vanilla and chocolate bases available, though most of the options use vanilla base. Good selection of toppings, up to 3. I didn't realize fruit balls were only one flavor so I specified green melon and fruit balls and ended up getting 4 toppings and they didn't say a word. Would not recommend fruit balls as a topping but overall tasty albeit overpriced; a healthy sweet treat. Was disappointed by the lack of traditional flavors and options, only 1 out of 16 or so.

Freezing Moo is a cute, trendy ice cream shop. It would be great for a first date maybe. It is unique and worked hard to impress but the novelty melted as quickly as their ice cream and I just was not impressed.

I tried this for the first time last night. I had read the reviews about the potential wait and went later at night but it was still packed. I got in line and from the time I stepped in line to my first bite took only 15 minutes. I was impressed at how quickly and efficiently they took care of every customer. This is not your typical ice cream, you can't just scoop it into a cup and call it good. The workers were professional and nice even with a packed facility. Not only did I get my ice cream quick, but it was delicious. I got the Green Giant (green tea, lychee, and condensed milk) and I enjoyed it. I hope to be back soon for more!

My husband and I’s new favorite ice cream stop. Can’t remember the name of what I got but it was a chocolate base with raspberry’s mixed in. I also added mint Oreos and chocolate syrup and that’s what I get every single time now. It is delicious. He loves the vanilla base with banana, graham cracker and chocolate syrup. So, so yummy. And you get a lot!
