What a great little shop! Has some really good meats, salsa, sodas, chips, and dessert breads. We stayed nearby and stopped in, leaving with a ton of goodies! If you're in Ouray or passing through I definitely recommend stopping by and checking it out. Unique must see place in Ouray Colorado.

Stopped in randomly. Got some sausage that cooked up amazing, and the elk summer sausage is awesome. Prices were very reasonable. Even got some advice on how to cure my own bacon, amazing shop with great employees/owner

I made beef stew with stew meat from Ouray Meat And Cheese. It honestly was the best beef stew I have ever made. The meat was amazing. Keep up the good work Ouray M&C!!

Love this place! They make amazing meats! I love the beef sticks and bison sausage and beef bacon! They also have deli meat and cheese as well as a fabulous variety of frozen fish and meat. They also have a great selection of chutney, pickled and preserved items.

We got some jerky, pepper & mushroom sausage, some bacon,, I seen some Yak Ribeye steaks I'm thinking about getting some next I'm in there.

Food was amazing. Went on a Wednesday and had the brisket sandwich and was blown away by how good it was. Nice atmosphere, quick and friendly service, a little pricey but the quality is more than worth it.

We've loved coming here for the last 3 years. Always awesome food and their lunch specials have yet to disappoint. Smoked brisket sandwiches today piled high and tasty as could be. Thanks yall!
