The place is ample, clean, well decorated. The menu offers pizza and many other options. Their prices seem to be high, above the average; they charge for the service. I was going to tip, but the option was not offered. Someone came to pick up a set of small pizzas and they didn't offer a bag, weird.
We were there for lunch and it was great! Friendly staff and prompt service. Quality of food was outstanding. We had pizza, salads and soft drinks. Look forward to a return visit.🙂
The waitress brought us drinks then the appetizers, complained about how she was going to go on a break as soon as we had our food. They brought our food but never replaced our drinks, didn't bring the ranch we asked for and then brought the last item of food and said I will be back in 15 minutes. T
Not happy at all. Ordered the Hawaiian luau. Come with bacon ham and pineapple. Instead the waiter wrote down the chicken Hawaiian hold the chicken. That comes with chicken ham pineapple and green peppers. All they did was say sorry. Not offer to fix the order or comp the pizza. Will be a long time
Pulled up to the window to get my order, girl opened the window and said "name". Then informed me they were backed up on orders and mine was going to take an extra 15 minutes, no apologies just a blank stare. Try a smile or a greeting and when I have to go sit and wait for my order maybe apologize f
Just had an oder from ottumwa iowa pizza hut it was awful odered $12.99 box ham on pizza had 2 slices one bite of ham for 2 slices pan crust instead of hand tossed bread sticks not seasoned only thing goo d was 2 liter of pepsi
Extremely poor quality and service, the wings have no sauce and so dry, we ordered 10 ranch and we got 1 Ranch, do not recommend !!
Lack of quality and good ingredients. Stuffed Crust was chewy, and and there was very little flavor
